The manager Terrance, was one of the most helpful people I have encountered . Had samsung products all my life and ran into an issue with one of my televisions, can't thank him enough for his customer service and attitude. Thanks again .

We had a wonderful and easy experience with Stan. We ended up purchasing 3, 75 inch tvs & 1, 65 inch TV. He also recommended wall mounts for us. He was pleasant and helpful through out the whole experience

Went 4x and they kept giving me the wrong cables. Tried Cable & Connections and they hooked me up the minute I walked in. Worth the extra ten min drive.

Scheduled an appointment for iPhone screen repair last Monday 5/13/24 Received a call yesterday, the day of the appointment 5/21/24 to be informed that the technician that would need to fix my iPhone screen would be leaving promptly at 6 o’clock and he would need an hour to repair the device. I scheduled this appointment 5/13/2024, which leaves plenty of time to review the appointments. I’m assuming since I have AppleCare that a specific technician would need to repair the device, so he rescheduled me to today 5/22/2024 he asked that I arrive early for my appointment So they would have plenty of time to repair before the tech is scheduled to go home which I did and another technician comes out and states that the AppleCare technician that would be repairing my phone called out sick for the day. I asked why no one gave me a call to inform me that he was out for today, knowing that I left work early to be at this appointment early… He doesn’t know he just came back from vacation which I do understand. He stated I will need to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow. This will be my third appointment. He gave me the time slot for 4:20 but he also advised me that the 620 slot would be needed to be left overnight. Very nonchalant and did not care !!! I will call the store manager and explain my frustration and inconvenience

The ONLY reason they got 2 stars was because a lady spoke when I entered the store, after that initial speaking I never saw or spoke to anyone as I wandered around in the appliance section. No one was walking around or available to assist. Waste of time, I will not return
