The manager Terrance, was one of the most helpful people I have encountered . Had samsung products all my life and ran into an issue with one of my televisions, can't thank him enough for his customer service and attitude. Thanks again .

Very helpful! Had somehow ended up with the wrong laptop in my box and was able to go back to them and get it resolved, no fuss. Just did their due diligence and got me sorted.
