I have attempted to call this facility on multiple occasions (repeatedly each time) and I've NEVER been able to get anyone to answer the phone. In response to similar complaints by other customers, BofA responded by instructing customers to contact them via social media channels??? Really......OR you could just answer the phone! Just a thought. I've been treated cordially by BofA employees when I have visited this location (after a lengthy wait as noted in several reviews).

I am a long time customer of Bank of America and a retired employee. I have experienced customer service from both perspectives. I had the opportunity to use the customer service at the location on Sunset Blvd in West Columbia. I had the pleasure of having my needs completed by Leslie Shackelford. She greeted me warmly and transitioned smoothly to understanding my needs. Her communication was earnest, making sure to explain each step of the process. I felt respected and more than that, heard! Excelent!!!! Definitely i will give 5 Stars.I had a stomach ache before arriving but thank God Today was the best Quick costumer service i ever had. When i went there today Friday, around 4 o clock afternoon i do appreciated the Sr who was at the reception computer Lobby He was very helpful!!! Very patience? & attentiveThanks Thanks Thanks Sr !!I really apreciated that we have a bank of america here in lexington bcse i was thinking about the fraud that exists over the phone calls and i dont trust giving my credit card number information over the phone if i need to ever happen to replace a card or something ... but today im 100 % sure that that my Debit and Credit Card are safe and will arrive at my house in a few days .? God Bless you

Good bank, I use their services for the past 20 years but the Branch on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This might be the reason I switch!!!!!

The staff here is so amazing. They really go the extra mile with a smile. Even though they close at 5 they stayed much later to provide service to all their clients (there was a loong line). They did not rush me and infact took extra care to inform me about the services that they provide.

We had one of the worst customer service experiences to date at this location today. We put thousands in our business account here monthly and today one of the managers was extremely disrespectful to me over the phone. One of our employees went in to make a large deposit and she refused to deposit the check simply because it said AND instead of OR. I understand there can be necessary questions at times but the way she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional, no I apologize etc but instead she spoke to me as if she was just someone off the street who had no manners. She declined us service so we will be finding somewhere else to put our money.

The worst bank!!!! Only one teller while other employees walk around you acting like they are busy! I will be speaking to our corporate office to switch banks!

This is the worst bank for businesses they closed one branch in Lexington SC and the other has no drive thru and normally only one person inside to help. So you stand in line for like 30 min. Not good they can do better

I had appointment and still had to wait over 25 minutes and then the worker (lady) was nice nasty when I ask her what the problem why am I waiting so long when the office people just sitting around doing nothing smh very bad customer service

Customer service isn’t good here. I went in 30 mins before close (after leaving work early) to get a single piece of paper notarized. There was one person ahead of me in line, yet I was told there was no time for me To have my document notarized, despite having over 20 minutes left until close. I explained there was one signature on the document and the customer service representative then asked “do you really need this tonight?” As if maybe if it was important to me, they could possibly take the two minutes to do it at my banking institution, where I am supposed to be provided a free notary service. Which is why I used my time to come the BoA instead of somewhere else in the limited time I had. Instead of assisting me, the customer service rep acted like she could care less and stated that if need a notary I would need to take more of my time to go somewhere else, pay for a notary, then take more time and come back to BoA where they could reimburse me. All that instead of them literally taking 2 minutes to assist THEIR customer. What a great solution and fantastic customer service experience (…not…)

The customer service for this bank leaves a lot to be desired. Seems that when you are face-to-face with an employee they are just rushing you out and probably not going to have the transactions completed correctly. DO NOT even try to reach them by phone. Have been calling continuously for 30 minutes and still no one. Trying to help my elderly mother get her banking needs met after the death of my father, her husband of 69 years, oh and by the way, she is legally blind which the bank is also aware of the problem. :(

Lines 10 people deep for two tellers. No drive through teller.The ATM is not a replacement for a drive up teller, especially when making large deposits.Offices full of workers staring at their computer, but not offering any help.
