Nicole and Amber were super helpful! They sold me some windshield wipers after one of mine had snapped off on the road, and even helped put it on for me. Very nice staff, this is why AutoZone is always my pick even over the other two auto parts stores on either side of it.

Amber W. Didnt put my 176$ last night in her system after even taking my phone number and putting in the system or so i thought and never got my points because of it.i entered 23 hours later with a return and she was extremely rude and had a tone , I don't know if she had a bad night or what but she wouldn't take let me at first exchange my oil filter that wasn't used at first and still in the box, she argued till she finally told me I can if I have my state ID because it was in the car I was working on ,I told her and she still did not budge ,then I asked my friend over the phone if she would take my friends ID over the phone from californa she said fine and typed it in, then she exchanged it, then I showed the oil pan that was on the ground the entire time, she told me she couldn't it was To heavy the gave a grunted and she told and made me empty it my self ! She then cleaned up her mess after leaving my used oil filter upside down and made me wait to get my recept till she was all done. She addutited and Profesionals was extremely poor and unwelcome was never treated and now makes me want/ will make me shop elsewhere. 903 west street Autozone.

Thank you for helping me troubleshoot what was going on with my 2020 Subaru Outback today. The dashboard was lit up
light a Christmas tree. A woman helped me, although I didn’t catch her name. She was very helpful! Mike was also very helpful too. I appreciate you guys. A little effort goes a long way. Thank you.

Went there with an issue no one could help with. They did a great job and had everything fixed in a couple days rather than a month like everyone else said. Jim came shining through with the knowledge and expertise. When you go, find Jim, he's the best kept secret of AutoZone!!!

I stopped this am (7:26 am )in the pouring rain, yes I am that person.
A very nice young man checked my battery and alternator in a white 2009 honda accord.
I did not get his name and I feel bad! I did call and ask but no one knew who it was.
I appreciate all their knowledge patience and nelp. I am sure they do not get paid enough.

I went to Auto Zone this afternoon to have my battery checked as I could tell it was dying. Technician Cody checked my battery and discovered it needed to be replaced immediately. However, he also realized I had gotten the battery next door and that it was likely still under warranty. His discovery, along with his honesty and integrity, saved me over $200. I was not able to tell him thank you so this is my way of thinking him along with the rest of the team.
