“I visited another tire company to have a tire replaced due to a screw in the side wall. Less than a week later I discovered another nail in a different tire along with a third tire that had worn and needed replacing. Obviously the first tire company didn’t check the remaining tires as they had indicated. I stopped at NTB and ordered new tires which were delivered and installed the next day. “Been here twice, once to have a trailer tire mounted. They put in a steel valve stem (in place of my incorrect rubber push-in stem) at no charge. Second time was to have the tires rotated and balanced on my wife's car. They fixed a loose piece of trim on the front air dam for us and never mentioned it. Thank you. Mark seems like a great guy, he's got a good crew. We'll definitely be back.”

“The folks ar Abbotts are top shelf! I took an older vehicle in expecting it to need several thousand dollars worth of suspension work. After their mechanics looked at its needs i was informed all it needed was tires and an alignment. HONESTY! They could have easily done unneeded repairs, I gave them a list, but it turned out those repairs were unnecessary thats called INTEGRITY. They are great people to work with, are extremely trustworthy and their pricing on the work that was done was very fair. If you are looking for a repair shop that does the right thing, doesn’t gouge, and does great work in an expeditious manner Abbotts is your place. Thanks for a job well done.”

There was a small issue in communication between the front of the office and the back of the shop related to an unusual request on my part that they readily addressed. They gave me a really good price on a decent set of tires and the tire pressure sensors (Mine were all dead from age). Dropped off and picked up with only a short wait to correct that one small issue, with a smile and a hand shake. Give these guys your business.”
“no brake lights in my wifes Camry, first mechanic she took it to said the bulbs were good. and that the brakelight switch was bad. I purchased the switch, but due to bad knee i couldnt reach the area to fix it. a major toyota dealer wanted $179.00 per hour to diagnose, and fix. After reading Mcdonnys reviews i took it there.they diagnosed the problem while in 100 degree heat while we grabbed lunch. Guys, we spent more for lunch than Mcdonnys charged me to diagnose, and fix the issue!! Pray i don't need mechanic help anytime soon, but highly recommend Mcdonnys to friends, and family , GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!”

“I am actually in awe at the service I received today. My family and I are just passing through, driving from Atlanta, GA, when our car’s engine light turned on and started flashing. We stopped by and called several mechanics. Everyone gave us a no given that it’s Friday afternoon, but I called Vazquez Automotive and they were willing to check it out. They ended up fixing what was wrong in just a few minutes when other local mechanics told us they’d get to it in a few days. They could have turned us away and didn’t, and for that I’m so grateful! 5 stars very much earned, thanks again!!”
