“We had an issue with the tailgate on a Honda CRV being cocked and out of alignment. Randy offered his opinion suggesting to replace the left side hinge. I was skeptical and thought it might be the tailgate being twisted. We went ahead with Randy's recommendation, and he ordered the hinge, painted it, and installed it, and that fixed everything. Great service, quality, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend Birchmore Paint & Body.”

“Had the interior of my Jeep Gladiator sprayed with Line-X about a month ago. I am a fan of not having the doors on the Jeep in the spring and summer and have been caught in the rain a few times. I was concerned about moisture getting trapped under the carpet and eventually causing damage to the floor.Line-X responded to my website inquiry in a few hours and we scheduled my appointment for a week later.The install took one less day than expected which was awesome as this is a time consuming process. Bryson was awesome and walked me through the install when I went to pick up. No drain holes were blocked and they kept my original carpet in case I needed it in the future.I love the finished product and I feel the price was very fair for the effort that had to go into the job.Thanks Bryson and Line-X of Columbia!Matt”

A recent Turo rental resulted in a bent tire rod that needed to be replaced as well as front bumper damage, also requiring replacement. “An excellent place for truck Accessories and electrical work on your vehicles. Ian set up our 2021 Jeep Gladiator for flat tow in Jan 2022. I had an issue with the cigarette lighter adapter two years later not workin on the Jeep for our Patriot 3 breaking system. A little over two years later brought my Jeep back to them. They replaced parts and got everything working again. Troy to owner fix the problem and didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend this business and it really makes me feel great that there are businesses that want your business and does the right things to fix problems.
