I placed my order early May. It is now September and I still have no products. I have reached out countless times for updates. I tried to be understanding with COVID, however early August she stated that my product was stuck in customs and that I would receive a refund. Still no product or refund. STAY AWAY!!’

I love Ash & Ivy! They have such cute stuff and great prices! Megan is awesome! She is so sweet and friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. Also, I love the fact that she supports local businesses in her store! 5 stars all day!!

This boutique is fabulous, and the 1-star rating is completely false. There is a large selection of all difference types of things with the most affordable prices of ANY boutique in Lexington.

I made my first visit today. I was really anticipating a nice boutique with a good selection and great customer service. This shop lacked all of that. There wasn't a lot to look at and the few things I did see that I liked were either plus sizes only or just one or two left on the rack in limited sizes.Although I was greeted when I walked in, the owner didn't seem to have any interest in helping me or even asking if I saw anything that I liked that maybe she could get my size in. I was the only customer in the store other than one other lady who she gossiped with (very loudly) about her babysitter the whole time.I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I will not be visiting this one again. A store this small should focus on the customer who is shopping and trash talk her babysitter with her friend after hours. There are other boutiques in town where I will receive better customer service and have a better inventory to choose from.
