The bank is professional, hospitable and solid. It is a pleasure to do business with them.
Jen, the head cashier is always on her game. Often times I realize I need to do banking shortly before closing time. I could do the banking through the ATM but I prefer to do my banking business in person. A quick call that I am on my way and Jen always has the paperwork ready for me by the time I make it into the bank. The work is done correctly. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, I plan to open my commercial account with them shortly because of their expertise. A top-notch banking firm,

They are the only bank I've ever dealt with that makes you feel like family.they go above and beyond their pay grade to make sure your 100%satisfied. Clifton has been 200% helpful with anything I've needed from the smallest problem to the largest one.they have waited 15 min past closing to help me cash checks or get funds.ive never seen a bank that willing to help you.jen is awsome she helps with any need you have and will not stop till you 100% satisfied.nick has never been nothing but awsome also they both serve your company better than I've seen at any bank in 40yrs in my opinion. Show me a bank that will stay open after hrs and knows your name when your just a blue collar worker.YOU CANT.they all need to be in a higher pay grade.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience Mr. Meeks provided @ Ameris in Lexington. I had been with another institution for over thirty years, but I was tired of being a number!!!Mr. Meeks provided customer service from days past. He actually listened to what I was saying and went above and beyond my needs. Thanks for confirming my decision to depart from the LARGE Corporation!!!!
