We have been ran out of gas twice. When i call its the same answer. We have your delivery pending. And not to mention there is no discount on the price after having no gas and having to call when we are on a auto delivery program. Very dissatisfied with this company so far

Horrible customer service! I found out the gauge on the tank that was installed is faulty when my furnaces stopped heating. Found the tanks empty with a gauge that reads 50%. Called and paid to have a delivery and was told the earliest they would deliver is the 8th of January. Was told it would be a $300 charge to have a delivery before then. So I’m left with no heat for over a week, in a house with 4 kids and a wife who is recovering from a stroke, because of their faulty equipment. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company from the very start.

We purchased our home 3 years ago and the previous owners used Amerigas for a fireplace only. We called Amerigas multiple times and asked them to come pick up their tank. Each time I called I got a different person and always they would put in an order. I called 4 times in the past 2 weeks and the people who took the call and said they would put in the order again said they couldn’t put me through to a manager because they didn’t have that number because they were in the Philippines. Lousy company and lousy service.

We recently purchased a home with Amerigas propane. We have asked to have it filled multiple times. They have came out twice and said “your tank needs this or that” and we tell them okay let’s get that going. No one ever follows up. We call and they say that they will send someone out and still nothing. Now, our gas has ran out and it is 29° outside so we have no heat nor do we have hot water. We called and they said that they have us scheduled for the 1st (not that they ever told us that) but will call us back to see if they can get someone out sooner because again we have no heat or hot water. Still no call back and still no gas. We will be calling other companies to see if they can provide better service. I will never refer my clients to amerigas based on my experience with them. It is extremely rare that I post negative reviews but we have three children at home and this is unacceptable.
