The original location next to the Barnyard Flea Market is no longer open. They have a sign posted with their new location down the street where the Big Lots is. The desk furniture is overpriced for the brand they are selling, Sauder, same found in Walmart. The employees were friendly, space was clean and bright. I will be back to look again.

I purchased a new mattress from them and did not have it no more than 2 weeks and the springs have come through the corner and the mattress looks like it has waves in it from the springs popping up. They did not tell me that all sales were final until yesterday when I called them with a complaint and wamting my money back in full. They then told me that all sales were final and unfortunately they couldn't refund my money back to me. So for the public people who are looking to buy a new mattress do not buy one from absolute discount mattress store on Augusta hwy. Go on the freebies app and you could find just what your looking for because I did and I'm happy with the item I received. Thank you Brittany

Good furniture for good price, but beware customer service is terrible, even from owner(s). We were told one thing at the sales store and when picked up & told them what we were told, they were VERY rude & condescending. Will not ever deal with them again.

I had visited Absolute discount mattress and furniture a few times. I finally decided after my husband was murdered that it was time to change up my space. I had purchased a dining table with four chairs, a mattress, and a bed frame. I thought that the prices were reasonable. However, the staff’s communication skills were lacking. I was not informed when me furniture came in. I had to call constantly. The mattress I purchased was much firmer than I remembered and actually makes it hard for me to sleep but of course they would not accept the mattress back. I went to pick up my dining table and chair and I realized I had been charged for six chairs instead of four. To my dismay, the manager refused to simply refund me for the two chairs and let me take the set home. The store has two locations and there is not a lot of communication between the two locations. Although the communication issue was not on my part, I felt that I was ultimately penalized for it. I had to wait an additional 5 weeks to receive my set. I called on a Friday to find out what was going on with my set. The manager and one of the employees rambled a but on the phone and then I was told my set had come in Wednesday. I asked them why I wasn't informed and when could I pick up the set. The response I received was not what a paying customer would like to hear. They told me I could come pick up the set in boxes. I have a friend with the same set and her set was assembled when she purchased it. I called back immediately after speaking with my friend and requested the set be assembled prior to pick up. I was told that there would be further delay on getting the set, and they weren’t sure when they would be able to get the set assembled. The following Tuesday afternoon comes and I get a call from them stating my set had come in and did I want to pick up the set assembled or in boxes.. . to my surprise I responded with I know because it had been in since last week, or at least that is what I was told when I called to check on the set Friday. I was very frustrated at this point. The employee on the other line apologized. Stating they had just come into work and that she should not of even called. I still do not have my set and I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer at this point.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable, rude, tacky, dirty, terrible quality. The mattress I chose in the showroom was not what I got, they had their kids working, and I had to call repeatedly to schedule my delivery, which did not occur when it was schedule. The guys who delivered also were rude. $400 later we threw out the garbage mattress because it was so bumpy, spiky and uncomfortable, after a month of use, no one could sleep on it. WASTE. Zero stars

If you are looking for affordable office furniture, this is the place. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Right now it is very difficult to find office furniture in stock anywhere and we needed to furnish three offices quickly. They helped us assess inventory to determine our options! It all worked out and the price was very reasonable.

The first new mattress I bought from them the slats were all broken. They finally replaced it but were extremely ugly and this one is doing the same thing. It’s almost $300 I’ll have to throw away. This time I’ll go to BBB as I do t want to be verbally abused by these folks. I’m a senior and have no reason to lie. My sister came to take care of me after surgery and can’t sleep in this bed. She sinks in the muddle and this is with an expensive topper I could not afford an expensive mattress as I’m on social security but they should not be allowed to just steal your money. I was told it was a good mattress

Best prices around for a better product. You'll pay low end prices for what appears to be higher quality better built mattresses. (just purchased yesterday, but did some websurfing and the brand has great reviews) 686 coil pillow top mattress for the price of a bottom tier "name brand" mattress. To make it even better I find out these mattresses are actually produced here in the U.S.A.

Excellent store to deal with. Wide selection of office furniture, mattresses and a wide selection of house furniture. Ask for Bob, has vast knowledge of everything in the store and is a great person to deal with. Pricing is very good.
