THIS is why you should rent-to-own.... Wahing machine broke down (as ALL stuff will do eventually)... maybe halfway through contract.I called and told a female voice (sorry, didn't catch her name) what had happenend.Immediately, she offered to pick the unit up for repair and offered a loaner in the mean-time until my unit was repairs.All we had to do was arrange a pick up/drop off time. Which we did, and they kept that time agreement.The unit is out of the original warranty, and if it were in the warranty I would have to wait for a repair tech who might or might-not show up.This is not my first rodeo in this situation. I had a laptop go down (this location doesn't know about that) several years back. Manufacturer said not under warranty. Aaron's said "we will fix" and they did.THAt is why you should consider rent-to-own.

We've had a fantastic experience here. Delivery was next day, install was perfect of our washer and dryer. Machines have held up well a year in already. They even called to wish us happy birthday, which was a very perfect, sweet touch. (Word of advice: stay at this location, NOT Broad River. Mike will screw you over at every step. The only location I've ever had an issue with and we've been using Aaron's over ten years.)

I leased a new stove online and june 28th and talked to someone through the 800 number they told me give it 2 more days because of the holiday so when I called my store they said they have a truck coming on wednsday its july 11 and still no stove. I dont understand why it takes so long to get what I am paying for and still expected to pay for the item even though i dont have it. I am realy ticked off about thisupdate: thank you for clearing up the confusion on the delivery times

I have been a customer of Aaron's since 2015. I just moved to South Carolina a year ago and found myself in a position where I need to buy another AC window unit. I qualify to get what I need to get but the sales person was so unpleasant. She didn't smile and really didn't speak she really didn't speak. She just seemed unpleasant. So I'm going to go back and get my window unit but not to that store. I'd rather go somewhere where I can at least get a smile. At least pretend you're happy that you're getting my money . Unless my money is not green enough.

We have a contract with this store. I was first pretty impressed with the service. Upon delivering my bed a decision was made by one of the personnel to change my order. Mind you without calling me first. They said well we will get that delivered next week. I stated no you won't. I have already been waiting for my bed, I did not make the decision to change my order you did. You will deliver what I requested. That incident was remedied by them brining out the correct components for my bed. I made the decision to have them come pick up the frame (just your basic frame) and the box springs. I am keeping the mattress. I asked if there is going to be a payment difference? I was told I don't know, I will get a call on Monday and we won't be able to pick up the other stuff until next week. The manager is rearranging the floor and won't be able to call you back until next Monday! Are you kidding me! This is the worst! I have had used Aaron's before. The Aaron's in Riverton, WY is AWESOME! This one here I've got not a whole lot of nice to say. I work in Customer Service. This type of Customer Service is unacceptable.

I have been with them for 2 years they have great employees that work there. ROLL TIDE ROLL. I have paid off a Samsung washing machine and I got this fireplace and JBL 5.1 surround sound
