According to Visa/Mastercard terms and conditions, a retailer can't place a minimum purchase to use a debit/credit card. You say you require a $3.00 min purchase, and that's correct. Make sure you ACTUALLY know your Visa/MC agreement!

Went in to buy cigarettes yesterday. The owner said I’d paid for a pack last visit they hadn’t given me/I left on counter… AMAZING and awesome folks. Love this place 🏆🏆🏆
