My sister in Whitmire purchase 2 rocking chair from your display for me when I get to travel from Illinois. The price was marked 49.99 marked down from 59.99. When she checked receipt the price was still 59.99 per chair. She was charged a $10 assemble fee for each item. rocking chairs were a display item. When you buy a display item why should you pay assemble fee. THE customer didn't ask store to assemble. Im paying her back so this is a shared experience

I love shopping at Rose's. They have good prices on a variety of their merchandise. I like to go in front time to time to see what new merchandise has come in. Most of the employees are friendly.

I went in yesterday to do some shopping and saw a sign that read, “””face mask required “”” people were walk around the store without a care in the world for themselves or others. A few people did have theirs on—- thank you to them may God bless you. But to the other folks shame on you... moving on to the cashiers,, Look!!! personal business should not be talked about in front of customers. Two young ladies were airing out their dirty laundry in front of every customer they checked out. Who cares about baby mama drama???? We as customers do not. When checking out a customer that is supposed to be your main focus or errors can a cure such as giving back the wrong change, ringing up something wrong, missed items in the buggy and more. Also as I entered the store the day before the lady who unlocked the door for customers to enter, didn’t part her lips to be friendly at all. No hi how are you. No welcome to the store how are you today— NOTHING!!! that’s hateful and you do not need to be working in the public with a nasty unkindly attitude. The company head person may need to do a pop in visit to see for themselves how this store is ran. Roses have great prices and some have a better selection than others but all there stores should have friendly staff that are there for a reason— to help. I don’t mind speaking or asking how are you but if you have a nasty attitude,,prejudice and just don’t like dealing with the public,, GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE...

horrible customer service. They never came back to tell me and my fiance. They didn't have tv in the back. Worst customer service ever. Then the lady that was helping us. Started running a register. Just disregard she was helping us. I won't be back in another year.
