I prefer O'Reily Auto Parts over the expected competitors which tend to be near by. I have been given trust from another locations management that a tool would be back when they open and my buddy did repair and not spend what he did not have. They are simple and I have never had a bad experience at any of there locations. In fact I'll be by tomorrow ! Bulb out.

Everyone was so friendly helpful! Jameel (not sure of the spelling) was super helpful! He changed my taillight for me & helped fix the crack in the casing! If you need anything go to this O'Reilly!

Sitting outside of laurens store. 8:45pm doors locked. Sign lit stating they are open. Website says they are open. Came to pick up a part for the boss.... but apparently some employees thought different. Very poor

We have bought thousands of dollars paint and other supplies the other day we got a bad mix, had it been on a 10 year old car maybe not so bad but only 3 months old .. from our side of the deal we loose time, tape , clear, hardener , cleanup solvents car bagging 3-5hp electric motors running for several hours + heat they tell us to just eat it and they would sell us another pint of paint Yes Mark decided loose our account for one pint of paint I just wonder where do they find these brilliant minded managers

This is for the Laurens SC store! The Managers name is Mark! What an excellent Manager you have at this store!! Totally went above and beyond to help a lady who knows nothing about cars and helped me with a new battery!! Got me on my way very fast!! I will definitely be back because of this Manager!! I wish every store had one just like him! Thank you Mark!!!! Soooooo much!!! You are a gem!

I had the best help at O'Reilly with servicing a battery!! Company Representation here is impressive. Tim was polite, patient and helpful with assisting to remove, select, sale and replace the battery and im sure would further assist, if asked, to find the headlight bulb I needed. Jan 25⭐️I do recommend
