Several different people on different days worked on my nails. They each were very nice and did a great job. Really enjoy going there.
Cleanliness: It is very clean each visit. They clean before and after each customer.

I had my toes done I went to a few stores after I left. I looked down a whole toe the polish had come off went back they fixed it got home another whole polish on the nail had come off? I called them to get it fixed the next day. I got in the shower and another tor looses it's polish I was so ?mad that I didn't even go back. the next day.I got gel but the thing is they put it on to thick and it just peels right off?

I have been going here since I was a teenager, and I'm 33. Everyone here is great, but my two favorite are Dow and Hannah!
Dow takes his time and gives the best foot and leg massage! Hannah is so sweet and friendly, you literally feel like you're having a conversation with a friend, and she also takes her time! They both always get a tip from me!!

I asked for WHITE SQUARE toes and just a simple gel polish with French tips and to wax my brows ..... I paid $120 for total disappointment!! The service was horrible and the lady cut my finger and toe and never even bothered to apologize! Needless to say this was definitely my last visit to NAIL DESIGN OF LAURENS SC!!

I called and made an appointment for a Mani Pedi so I wasn't a walkin my appointment was at 1230 didn't get in a Pedi for over an hour and a half. After my Pedi I got my nails done after only one week 4 of my nails have popped off since then after paying $100 very unsatisfied with this nail salon

I went in as a walk-in and it took about an hour to get into someone's' chair. No one greeted me when I walked in, instead they looked at me and kept doing what they were doing, but when other people walked in they greeted them. The lady was extremely rude, continuously grabbed and pushed my hands without asking me to switch hands or put one down, and gave me the wrong shape. I told her before she started that I would like square nails and she gave me coffin. When I told her I didn't want that shape she began aggressively cutting the nails off saying how someone else could do them.Will not be visiting this salon ever again 0/10 wouldn't recommend!

I have never received a worse manicure and pedicure. I even paid extra for deluxe. I child could have done better. When I made a comment, I was told "We will do better next time" but I was still charged full price. I refuse to make a scene so I paid and walked out. My nails are short and uneven and the polish is uneven and blotchy. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a salon having left zero tip. Wasn't even offered a water! Buyer beware. Save your money and have a toddler paint your nails.

This place is amazing, 10/10. I came in today to do gel nails and they did it exactly as I wanted it. You can text their main # and see if they are able to do your gel design. They will work with you to make your design come to life. They are creative, friendly, take their time, and the price was great. I was expecting the price to be a lot higher, and it was so reasonable that I will definitely be coming back with friends! Amy did my nails today and was fantastic. Thanks, Amy!
