“Tim is Amazing. My 16 year old son was transporting (alone) his Four Wheeler in our trailer on Hwy 38s when our Suv tire blew out. I called 4 Tow companies including Statefarm but they didn't have staff available. Then I called 2states. Tim knew I was super worried and spent an extra 3 hours running errands to get my son back on the road including taking the rim to Walmart and buying a tire to mount on it. He treated my son like his little brother and got him back on the road Safely. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!”
“Last night (7/22/24) on the way back from the beach we had a tire blow out on our motorhome. While my wife checked on roadside through our insurance, I called around and Xtreme Towing was the only ones that answered. Our insurance company said that the would have someone to us by Monday morning, while Xtreme said that they would be there within 45 minutes to an hour...50 minutes later Primo showed up. He was insanely kind, professional and caring about my family and our situation. He replaced our tire with our spare, had us on our way in no time and the young lady who dispatched our call was compasionate and professional.. This company was top notch from front to back. “Rick rescued me and my sons after we broke down on exit 193 this past Friday. It was late and I assumed the repair would be a week since no one could figure out what was wrong. Well Rick shows up and diagnosed it right away and helped get it to Advanced Auto to get a new battery. I never knew a battery could shut your vehicle down while driving.
