Use Walton way to James Brown BLWD to access right turn with your 53' trailer to the entrance gate which is very tight and has sign on it No Left Truck Trailer turn. Be cautious tight and narrow streets to access USPS building. But doable just be careful. Good luck to everyone! Unloading was fast 15 minutes.”
“I've lived all around the USA & THIS... This location has the best customer service, friendliest employees I've ever met. I believe there were 3 women working the front & let me tell you, they THINK AHEAD IN CONSIDERATION OF YOU.I walked in with another person, we both had to drop off a package, all the employees saw me, saw what we had in our hands & without even hesitation she said "If your dropping off leave it over here".I stood around for a little bit to see how they interacted with customers, they LITERALLY ask customers what they need soon as anyone walks in.USPS YOU BETTER GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! That is top notch quality customer service! You'll never find employees EVER who perform at their job at this level, very rare work ethic & this happened about a couple months ago & I STILL think about it! I just had to write a review because it was by far the most excellent service I've ever encountered. Great job ladies”
