“I think employees should be aloud to treat customers the way they are being treated. I witnessed a customer being totally rude to a nice lady working the deli. The customer was “in a hurry” actually started to cut line in front of me & I made sure that didn’t happen. She talked down so rudely to the employee. I doubled back to let the employee know not to take that personally because some people just suck & clearly she was one of them. I told her had I been her dealing with that rude of a person I might likely thrown her baloney at her. It’s the rudest I’ve seen someone be in that setting. Then as I shopped further it looked as if the same customer was repeating the process in the bakery department. I’m giving 5stars for the pleasant workers who shouldn’t have to be treated like that.”
“I have to give a shout out to Ben this evening for his hard work. I went to get an online order and asked if it was ready and he apologized to me that it wasn't due to being backed up since he go into work at 12. I told him it was okay. When I finally got my order after waiting an hour (not his fault) he apologized again and I again told him that I understood. He was trying to get orders out as quickly as he could. If you're reading this Ben thank you for your hard work and dedication. And thank you for the hug. I could tell he was trying as hard as he could in this heat.”
“This is a very well-run pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. Besides medications they also offer several other services and health management options. Never long lines and they also have a drive-thru window which is very helpful. Even the companion animals are welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this place.”

It's not even the closest Kroger to my location but I go out of my way to go there because the staff is so nice. Especially the Pharmacy. Marcus and Asia in particular are some of the nicest friendliest people, even when they're super busy. The pharmacy has quite high traffic, and I appreciate the patience everybody there has for that kind of high paced environment. “Went to do a COVID test. Been congested and sniffling earlier this week. My usual drive up testing location is now closed, so I went here. You have to go to CVS.com and set up an appointment. It'll ask you for your info: health, address, and insurance.. all that good stuff. Once registered, they'll send you a confirmation number for when you arrive. I went a little early to my appointment because there's usually a line at that location. I was wrong this time. I was third in line. I didn't take long for me to get to the window. They asked for my name, bday, and confirmation number. A couple of minutes later, the pharmacist brought back the testing kit and guided me through the testing process. It took about two-three minutes to complete the test. Once you insert your kit into the drop box, wipe the lid with the provided wipe, and you're done!!”
“Love my Sam's Club Pharmacy. I started getting my prescriptions filled here during COVID when many other pharmacy's couldn't staff after normal working hours. They are quick, friendly and always willing to help.”

I should’ve gotten the name of the lady but I do know she was the Pharmacist and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and for lack of better words, she just acted like she cared about what I was asking. I try to support small businesses and I regret not making this switch sooner.”
“Fast, friendly, and affordable. My first experience with the auto center was a stellar one, thanks to Jeremiah who went out of his way to accommodate me when I showed up without an appointment needing a battery, despite the fact that they were busy at the time and daylight was waining. Adain was equally kind, helpful, and professional. Their laidback demeanor was especially refreshing and allayed the sense of dread I’d been experiencing having to deal with a battery going bad quickly and the expense of purchasing a new one. I greatly appreciate their making me feel valued, and the fact that Jeremiah cared enough to ensure that I would be able to get what I needed without having to risk being stranded again means the world to me.”

“Stopped in @ Pharmacy this morning to check on receipt of Federally distributed N-95 mask. The lady @ drop off window indicated they had been advised they were to receive them but just not yet arrived. Not the answer I was hoping for, However, she was extremely polite, courteous, competent in relaying that answer. Similar to experience when I have gone there to get most recent COVID Booster. I will revisit this CVS Pharmacy again in near future.”
“My 2 year old son tested positive for strep throat & had his prescription sent over to the pharmacy at 5:40. I called and asked if there was any way they could fill it before they closed in 20 minutes. They said no problem and had it ready when I arrived at 5:58. Thank you!!”
“I have never had an issue with the pharmacy here. I have dealt with two pharmacists, one was a very nice lady who assisted me with my cat’s prescription medication, and the other was a gentleman who remembered me from a prescription I had picked up a month earlier. That is good customer service.”
