Great service with very knowledgeable people who are happy to help. Maybe other Verizon stores should take notes

This was the easily, the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon store. Crystal C was expedient, knowledgeable & epitomized what customer service should be. My only regret, is making my newest iPhone purchase at the Hendersonville store through Jeff, instead of here, with Crystal.
