This is the most disgraceful post office I've ever encountered. I have tried to send back an item 3 times with this post office and still haven't been able to. The first time I tried was my fault so I'm not upset about that, but the second time I went in at 2:15, and the people behind the counter were closed for lunch even though the internet says they on close for lunch from 1 until 2 so I was unable to send the package that day because I also have a job. The third time is the one that really got under my skin. The internet says they close at 4, I got off work early to send the package and I got there at 3:54 and they had already locked the door to close and didn't even acknowledge me even though the woman was 3ft away from the door.
I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews but this post office is the worst. They are only open 5 hours a day which is crazy considering most other post offices are open from 9 to 5 with an hour for lunch. It would have only took 5 minutes to take my package. I will be going to the Tryon post office on my next attempt. I really wish I could give a rating of no stars.

Pulled up in the parking lot and didn’t realize I came in the wrong way because I’m not from the landrum area and just moved here recently anyways I was approached by a man (not a worker) and started running his mouth about how I parked the wrong way and his wife proceeded to cuss at me and say she was calling the police so I left because I’m not about drama and fighting and next thing I know this woman tried to block me inside the parking lot and when I got around her she started following me down the road and blocked me in again on a side road. An employee should’ve came outside and handled the situation but nope

Very infuriating. Package was supposed to be delivered a week and a half ago max. Very horrible corporation. I actually went to the other location first to see if it was there and she was shocked to see that they haven't even scanned it yet. In a week and a half... I need my important medicine.

ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service! I was told I wasn’t allowed to bring packages there that had a different zip code than that USPS post office! What? Insane I called 800 Ask USPS they said that person gave me false information! The reason they don’t like processing pkg’s that don’t have the same zip ie: Landrum’s is because they don’t get full credit for the scan BUT they do get partial credit! I was told by 800 Ask USPS that I can take it anywhere I choose because USPS is all ONE not individual! Oh my gosh! Talk about horrible customer service! I’m cancelling my PO Box out of there and will go to Columbus Post office from now on! I wish I could give it no stars!

My wife and I moved here right behind Landrum Middle, so not far from the PO, in October, and have put in address change forms 6 times now and are only getting my mail, not my wife's. And we've had mail sitting in our mailbox with the flag up for 8 days now, the only reason one of us hasn't taken it to the PO is cuz it's not time sensitive. But it proves that the carriers obviously aren't running their routes completely.
