“Great place for Service. The management was extremely accommodating with a situation I was faced with after having a belt break on me for my alternator and water pump on my truck. I had an hour of driving to go to get home and it was late on a Friday afternoon. I am greatly appreciative of their efforts for taking care of me with getting a new belt installed so I could get home with my vehicle the same day. This is real customer service.”

“Saw the building vacant when i first moved.Saw a new management sign on. Cool,it surly hads a guy in there building a legacy. It would be worth going there. Car places are dificult to find. My car needs more maintenance than its worth. That Cost not including oil/filters/fluids.I was able to get new struts and springs, alignment, and a bunch if random things other shops would charge fees for. All that at extreamly good value. (Feel its unfair to say exacly what and how much cuz every ones experience will be different) Talking 1/5 others quoated cost though.Their hospitality was on point and i felt like the man was excited to see stock 01 civic alive and he was happy to help keep it in the road. 100% Stock. 10/10”
“I broke down right down the road from Columbus Service Center, about 2 hours from home. After running diagnostics, they suggested I take my car to the Honda dealer for more advanced diagnostics because it could be a computer issue (or not, haha).
Randy was very helpful in finding a tow company and the price for the diagnostics was fair.
If I broke down again in Columbus, I'd choose Columbus Service Center again.”
