My mama bought a jeep from these people and it seemed to be a great car. But they was a water leak in back of her car we had to take it back twice they was great to fix it. But on second hand we have had it in the shop 5 times so far and fixing to have to put it back in shop so please have things checked out before you buy them .Shannon the owner is a very great pereson but I was unsure how to call him but we are verry unhappy my mama lives off disability and needed a good car and what little did we know this going happen

The male salesman looked down and mumbled. Could not understand him. Maybe he was having a bad day. Who knows. Probably won't go back.

Bought a Silverado from them in 2021, seemed like it was in pretty good but the tire were really worn which we all agreed on need to be replaced which might smooth out the ride. I also went in knowing it could be the rotors so that was no big deal on an older truck.Driving it home a tire blew out internally over bands breaking. They weren’t bald, but I rolled with the punches, the spare tire was melted due to the heat shield being removed so I couldn’t swap in the spare. And that’s just where the problems began. They said they had inspected it, but when I followed up they meant internally not by the state. During my inspection to get it registered:Pitman arm, and idle arm needing replacing, all 4 tires and all 4 breaks, and all 4 rotors needed replacing, the windshield wiper fluid reservoir had a leak in it, there’s an oil leak up front that they must have know about and cleaned up before I inspected it because it wasn’t there when I crawled underneath and looked at all the seal that I could. Granted the truck was still dripping wet from being washed when I showed up for my appointment The tint on it was illegal, the blower unit for the AC was poorly temp fixed with a sketchy wiring job. An exhaust leak was covered up with metallic speed tape, and worst of all when we agreed on a price “out the door” (I’ll take partial ownership of this not verifying the sales documents) they didn’t put down they collected sales tax, so when I registered I had to pay another 2 grand at the DMV. All in all 10 grand into the truck to get it on the road after purchasing from them. I expected maybe 2 or 3 grand just because it was an 2006, but dang. Oh and there was a wiring short going to the brake lights that also wouldn’t engage the trailer brakes.I gave one extra star because they helped me get my rental to the rental agency. And another because I’ll own some of these issues due to me not looking harder and not taking it to a 3rd party to get looked at. Never take a salesman for their word, not because they could be doing this intentionally, but because you can’t expect them to be discovering all these issues themselves. They only go with what their team of mechanics tell them.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. I saw a truck I wanted online and decided to drive an hour to get it. It was well worth it and I would do it again if there was something I wanted. Very respectful and nice people.

I just have a dislike for car dealers in general. No offense to these guys. Prices I'd seen were well above average asking price, but I'm sure someone will pay up. They always seem to have some nice older cars there to drool on though. Worth a drive by.

I emailed this place a number of times about vehicles they have on their lot because the vehicles I am interested in are not showing on their website. Then when I notice it listed on their site I message about it and get an automated message about it telling me to come in and it ends up the car is sold. I work nights so it is difficult for me to make calls about stuff during the day. This place is horrible in replying to emails. I have also called a couple times to NEVER receive a call back. This has happened to many times for me to feel comfortable buying a car here. If this is what they are like when you are trying to buy a car, what will they be like if there is an issue with papers or something else?
