This was our third custom furniture order and the second with Rachel’s guidance. Her expertise is unmatched, her patience extra ordinary. We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional quality of the American-built furniture, the timeliness of the delivery and the care exhibited by the delivery team. We had an excellent experience with the folks at the Foothills Amish Furniture store. They have a very broad mix of custom made furniture on display and are very adept at ordering items that will fit your decor. They were patient and very helpful with our purchase of an electric recliner that is very comfortable.

We purchased a dining room suite from Foothills and had an issue with the way the chairs fit under the table due to the way the table legs were configured. Foothills suggested an alternative solution that sounded reasonable-- and it solved the chair problem-- but the table top was less stable, especially when we expanded it with the leaves of the table.We came back to Travis and explained the situation and he offered to take care of the situation. A crew came and picked up the table and it was returned to the Amish craftsmen to resolve the matter. Not only did the craftsmen resolve the problem, it was all completed in time for an important dinner party we had scheduled for the end of February.We are very impressed with the quality of the furniture, but even more impressed with the quality and responsive attention of the Foothills company as it followed through to provide outstanding customer service. A special thanks to Travis for going the extra mile to solve this, but also to Rachel and Justin who assured us Travis would handle the matter well. And a special thanks too, to Levi and his crew for the care and expertise they showed in handling our furniture at the pickup and return delivery. You all have done well.

I highly recommend Foothills Amish Furniture if you are seeking quality upholstered furniture as well as their wooden and outdoor products. Travis and his team are excellent with their advice and service and the Smith Bros. furniture is a quality product made in the US.

Good experience overall, the furniture is definitely of the highest quality. One star off for minor shipping damage and they originally ordered the wrong stuff. Would purchase from again as the sales team was prompt and very courteous.

Rachel from Foothills Amish Furniture is exceptional! We spoke on the phone and via emails. Each time I emailed her, Rachel got back to me immediately with answers to all of my questions and included pictures of the desks she had in stock. She’s beyond patient, so kind and professional. I wanted to order 2 different style desks and Rachel found one of them in stock which was perfect because school starts next week. And the other desk she ordered paying special attention to all the little details I wanted. The desks are both gorgeous. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate it! We’ve purchased the Amish rocking chairs, gliders and tables in the past from Foothills and all of their products are of the highest quality material with impeccable craftsmanship. They meticulously wrap all of their furniture. The staff and deliverers go out of their way to make sure we receive our furniture in perfect condition. Thank you so much Rachel and the Foothills crew for doing an awesome job! I look forward to future purchases with you.

My parents brought me here to look for a new couch because they love the store. Im from Charlotte and we don’t have a lot of options for quality furniture. I quickly realized why they love it so much. They truly care about their customers, answer and and all questions you might have, and they took care of everything I needed. Will definitely come back!
