Went in today Sunday, 05-19-24. Had to go to end of store outside to pick up the concrete. The guy that loaded it up was definitely not friendly. I said let me hold the cart while you load it up. So it doesn’t roll & hit you. No response. Ok! Afterwords I said Thank you when he was done. Again, no response. Then we had to pull to back to get Straw. Same guy same thing. I said thank you no response! It’s not hard to respond with your welcome, no problem, just say something. I couldn’t understand it if I was rude to you but I wasn’t.

Negative they are on the expensive side. Positive extremely friendly, usually have everything you would want, always willing to help you , they will help you solve any issue you are having . They are very patient in helping you ,no matter how clueless you are about what your needs are. Can't say enough about them . I really like they treat you like family, now days that's very hard to find .

They have alot of merchandise, specialty plumbing items and electrical. As well as a diverse variety of alot anything you can imagine should be in a hardware store.

How can a store this size have everything I need and more? Whenever I stop here, I find what I need--and usually find something else I didn’t know I needed as well. :) Best of all, the staff are all friendly, immediately help me find some crazy part I can barely describe, and have a good sense of humor as well. I appreciate that!

Whenever I come here the workers always have some snarky comment to make while whispering to their coworkers. From walking in to leaving, the workers here are just plain rude.
