Went in there with my kids, who’ve been in there with me many times before. They typically go to the back because they like the little staircase, while I shop. There has never been a problem but today the lady working was completely rude. Accusatory and insinuating my kids were just going to break things. And then yelled at them to get off the staircase, that has never been an issue before. They were not touching or moving anything and there is never a sign that says do not stand or go on it because there is typically a rolling rack of clearance I check out at well. She literally yelled at them.
And after that I told them we are leaving and the lady couldn’t even look at me. I hope she was embarrassed but my guess is she felt justified with the look on her face and inability to TALK TO ME but can pick on my kids. They have always remained respectful and know not to touch things as we’ve been in many upscale stores before. Many times.
It was so shockingly unprofessional and I will never be purchasing or supporting this business ever again. Don’t assume you are allowed parent other peoples kids just for future reference unless you want to lose business. Especially if it’s unwarranted, and just because you’re a grumpy lady who must not like kids. Love the small town hospitality!

Had all original tissue paper bag ribbon and they had record of my purchase, but they still would not take the return and it was less than 30 days. This is why you don’t buy from shops like this.

My favorite place to shop in Landrum! Always filled with beautiful, artistic and fun things! A little of everything for everyone - some antiques, furniture, paintings, very cool clothes, home goods, candles - skincare products and jewlery. A great shopping experience - love this place! Perfect for getting gifts for friends!! I highly recommend!

What a beautifully curated shop! It was a joy and an inspiration to walk through. Beautiful clothing and jewelry selection, fair prices, and a variety of vintage items. Both times I was met with impeccable customer service that was warm and friendly.
