What can I say? This is the worst Wells Fargo location I have ever had the misfortune of being in. Every time we’ve had to go in has been an issue. Misinformation, lack of help, long wait times, problems with no solutions.

Every time I come here it is an unpleasant experience. Very slow and always under staffed. 2 people in front of me when I got here and I have been here for 10 minutes so far. Still 2nd in line. Smh.

This prodomintly forgein bank owned primarily by the Chinese and Berkshire Hathaway are a bunch of greedy crooks. In a time of history when a lot of hard-working Americans are trying to keep themselves above water and succeed... Wells Fargo has figured out a way to sneakily and shamefully steal from regular Americans. They are now charging $120/year to LET them use our money. I hope ALL smart Americans see Wells Fargo for the scum they really are and change to an American Bank!

Only giving 3 stars bc the employees are always so nice. They need more staff though. Only have 1 teller for the front and wait is to long. Its ridiculous.

I have very little experience with computers witch with direct deposit,credit cards,and direct drafts makes it difficult to keep up the bank manager here and the staff have helped me in all of those issues along with financial planning and I am overwhelmed with the kindness and assistance

I wish I could give zero stars. Failed to provide a permanent debit card and when I went to the branch for a replacement, Annabelle, the manager, acted like a witch. Despite, politely, requesting to speak to her manager, (repeatedly saying PLEASE) Annabelle refused. Fire Annabelle and replace her with a manager that understands integrity and customer service!

Very poor costumer service. Not very helpful and was quick too cut me off when speaking. Had to repeat myself numerous times which if they would have stopped and listened the first time that wouldn’t have happened. Not a customer first bank by any means. I highly advise anyone whose thinking about opening an account here to explore other options first. Will be closing my account.
