I switching to CVS. Never has prescription on time. Shows that prescriptions are ready and you show up and they say come back in and hr just so you can show up an hr later for them to say the same thing. This happens every single time. I’m out.

Walgreens has always been my fav! But this pharmacy rarely gets things done in a timely manner, if at all. They'll say they dont have anything for you so you think it's your Dr's office fault... but it's not. It's on Walgreens end. Started using the app, now it says unable to fill, action needed, call the store. But, I haven't been able to get thru on the phone, for a week! Rings, picks up, silence, some clicking then it hangs up. It's just always something with this pharmacy!

Held on 49 min for pharmacy and was HUNG UP ON ! Called back 9 times and each time was hung UP on after FIRST RING !! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PHARMACY IN LANCASTER, SC !!!

I’ve had several problems getting my prescriptions filled here. They will say they are ready, and then when I show up I get stared at like I have 3 heads, and told it’s going to be 30-45 minutes before they can get to it. Last month I picked up my prescription a few days early because I was going out of town. I looked at the app yesterday and it said my prescription would be held until the end of today, so I left work and it’s a good thing I checked the app….cancelled. I tired calling but their phone will ring once and then go to what sounds like an answering machine then hangs up. I called the Rock Hill Walgreens, the guy was very friendly and told me they’d have it for me by the time I got there.

Doctor called in prescriptions one morning and pharmacy clerk told me that they would be ready at 12 noon. Keep calling back and they said wait 1 hour longer. Prescriptions never got filled that day. Next day they were not answering phone .Had to go in store the next day to get pharmacy to fill these prescriptions. This is not the only time this has happened. They got some serious problems in lancaster Walgreens. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I would recommend everyone do the same or don’t go there.

The most rudest staff in the pharmacy I have ever experienced. I have not had one nice, respectful conversation with any of them. I had to get my pharmacy switched. Mainly rudeness through the drive-thru but yesterday i went in due to a long line outside and EVERYONE WAS GODAWFUL RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL.

They are RUDE AND EVER TIME I PICK UP MY MOM'S MEDICINE THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BUT SOON AS I LEAVE, I CALL AND THEY SAY IT'S READY FOR PICKUP. For over 40 minutes I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to answer and of course they didn't. Sorry excuse for a Pharmacy

Walgreens lost my business. I transfered my prescriptions there to take advantage of their drive through.... CALLED my pharmacy to have all of them transfered... I call Walgreens back a month later to have them filled, they told me that they have no prescriptions for me, filled or in computer. So I called the old pharmacy, they tell me that they have none cuz they transfered to Walgreens a month ago. So I told them the story, then asked them to have my prescriptions switched back. She did, foiFound out that Walgreens does not handle their prescriptions well....

My family has done business with Walgreens for years. However it may be time for that to change. My wife had a prescription called in by her doctor the day after a holiday. She expected it would take a while to fill. It was called in at 6 am, so it would be there when the store opened. She checked at 4 pm and it was not ready. She checked back at 8 pm and it is still not ready. It won’t be until sometime tomorrow. This is ridiculous. If the store can’t handle the load, hire more qualified personnel or tell customers they can’t handle the load and they should find another pharmacy. Needles to say, it is time for our family to. The staff at this Walgreens (with a few exceptions) are unconcerned, knowing the make their pay no matter what and they don’t have to treat people decently.

They are not helpful from the pharmacy, as a Fed Ex drop off point, for anything. Don't waste your time!!

I drop off packages for fedex in Walgreens once or twice a week. The lady that works the counter is so unprofessional and rude. She makes people wait on her everytime. And yes I had to wait on her this morning. It's not the waiting part. It's her attitude that really grinds my gears! I will be shopping elsewhere!

I hate Walgreens. And the pharmacist Paula is nasty and rude. I don’t see how people with terrible attitudes are able to serve the community like that.

This place is the most horrible place to ever get medicine from. They kept giving me the wrong needles to take my medicine with. So many of the staff members there are utterly rude and verry disrespectful. Honestly, they don't even deserve a 1 star. I had to transfer my medicine today to Walmart since they have never given me any problems. Will never in this lifetime go to another Walgreens for anything.
