Had a very pleasant experience today with the staff and pharmacy. Great improvements over the past year or so. Seems as though the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Poor customer service. Waited on line for over 30 minutes for prescription. One employee working the counter and the drive up. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Terrible service and rude employees.

Last month in May my doctor called in a new prescription. I went to the window to pick it up and she said that they didn't have time to fill it and I should be able to pick it up the next day. I went back on the next day and it was not ready. I was filling my pill organizer and I thought about the medicine at Walgreens. Call Walgreens and they had nothing and they said they have to know the name through me or what it was for. I don't know that and yes I should have asked the doctor but why bother the doctor we can get it at Walgreens? Read these reviews. No wonder their work skills and work ethics and insufficient knowledge gave their Pharmacy 2.5 out of 5! With the way they including manager acted to me on the telephone and them losing my prescription I have no choice to look somewhere else. Don't go there because you may not get your prescription or you will find a mistake in your prescription. They are unprofessional and I hope a lot of people see this because if they do it to one person they will do that to everybody and it will snowball like these reviews attention Walgreens regional manager I hope you will read this and clean up the act that Walgreens pharmacy in Lancaster South Carolina treat their customers. I've been a customer at the Walgreens in Rock Hill for over 20 years. Never had as many issues as I do with the one here in Lancaster. Moved to Lancaster almost 2 years ago and have dealt with the world's worst Walgreens. Apparently they do not read their own reviews and realize how bad they suck as a store! It's been nothing but headaches and begging to get refills on any of your meds and then when you ask about it, you get rude customer service. Make sure you do not use this Walgreens, or at least have your stuff transferred to a decent store. This place is a joke!

Had the Urgent care send in 2 prescriptions on April 3 2024, went by the pharmacy to update insurance info, was told my scripts wouldn't be ready for another hour, sonI left and went home. Call back the next morning (4/4/24) and was told they wouldn't be ready for pickup til 2 pm. Why were these not filled on 4/3/24 like they were suppose to be. Just another reason to switch to CVS or another smaller pharmacy. This pharmacy has went completely down hill over the past 6 months.

If I could give a negative start review I would. The staff is very rude. So I transferred out to Carolina Pharmacy on the Bypass and they are great!

I switching to CVS. Never has prescription on time. Shows that prescriptions are ready and you show up and they say come back in and hr just so you can show up an hr later for them to say the same thing. This happens every single time. I’m out.

Luck of the draw when it comes to this location. It can either be a great experience, or an awful one. Always seems to be a lack of employees here.

Walgreens has always been my fav! But this pharmacy rarely gets things done in a timely manner, if at all. They'll say they dont have anything for you so you think it's your Dr's office fault... but it's not. It's on Walgreens end. Started using the app, now it says unable to fill, action needed, call the store. But, I haven't been able to get thru on the phone, for a week! Rings, picks up, silence, some clicking then it hangs up. It's just always something with this pharmacy!

Held on 49 min for pharmacy and was HUNG UP ON ! Called back 9 times and each time was hung UP on after FIRST RING !! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PHARMACY IN LANCASTER, SC !!!

Doctor called in prescriptions one morning and pharmacy clerk told me that they would be ready at 12 noon. Keep calling back and they said wait 1 hour longer. Prescriptions never got filled that day. Next day they were not answering phone .Had to go in store the next day to get pharmacy to fill these prescriptions. This is not the only time this has happened. They got some serious problems in lancaster Walgreens. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I would recommend everyone do the same or don’t go there.

Great staff interaction, very friendly!
After the recent change in leadership and pharmacist they have really turned the pharmacy around!
