I just come from this location. I have to say that Trent was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. You don't see people go this far anymore. Definitely five star experience. Kaylie was also a big help. One thing I would hope is that upper management sees that these people are valuable and deserved at least some type of bonus or something to say thank you. Definitely top tier employees.

Do not fall for T-Mobile‘s trickery Selling con artist misleading practices. I canceled my service within the 14 day trial period because there service would not work as promised at my location. But still receiving a bill months later witch started out in the hundreds of dollars, still working to resolved after spending hours on the phone with them and hours at the local T-Mobile sales office. I just left the T-Mobile local sales office in Lancaster, SC 29720 and the manager there Blatantly told me there was nothing else she could do. Wouldn’t even give me her name. I would say that is some of the worst customer service. I guess I’m going to start a civil suit to get this resolved.

They do not explain all the extra charges when you get the senior plan. It's supposed to be 27.50 a line.

Worst experience ever I was going to get a plan deal for switching over and I even ask the person helping me if everything would be good everything would work out the way he said he assured me and did and we went through with getting everything done and processed We turned in our phones and he proceeded to activating our plan. We started having issues as soon as we started turning in the phones one of them disappeared as they were being delivered even though they were shipped from the T-Mobile store. Then after we find out that we’re going to be overcharged completely for two lines as soon as we try to go see if they can help us to get the deal that we were told they told us they couldn’t do nothing, and that we had to just stay with the plan and pay an outrageous amount and they would not help us find any other deal.

Terrible customer service. Send you back im forth between store and hotline if you have issues and keep having to explain your situation. Seem to be knowledgeable about products but when it comes to actual service provider and actual everyday issues, completely lost.

Don't work for this company they don't pay there workers. I have contact management Sarah Moore and the GM Julien for my pay only to be sent to another person the general manager also sent me to hr which never even responded to my messages. They owe me and won't pay me!!! Been fighting since Dec and still nothing from no one. Everytime you buy a phone they charge you for a block and don't tell you. They sell the highest plans that your credit will allow you to get. Looking to upgrade to the new iphone better be adding a line or more than likely they going to say it's out of stock cause they don't make money off phone. This is a Gp mobile location and not one person at all has tried to make things right management won't even return messages. HR won't return email. So I worked for nothing they kept my training check and my commissions check which was suppose to be here Jan 5. Guess what no check. Nothing like always. Don't let these people take advantage of your family! They are also changing addresses to show the internet will work to push sales. They are out to get every dollar out of you but won't even pay they people they owe for working for them. I quit with a 2 weeks notice and all just to be done like this. Please please be aware no one should work and not get paid.

I met a young lady that seats in front of a computer who was not happy to answer my questions. She seemed annoyed because she was joking and having fun with her other coworkers while in the presence of me and other customers. Lack of respect and professionalism. She said goodbye with an attitude. I guess she didn’t like that as a customer, I needed help while she was having fun. I am truly disappointed. Lacking seriousness and respect. The other coworkers didn’t care. The irony here is that I work right beside them. The lack of empathy and sincerity, well I should know better, what more can I expect?

I would highly recommend everyone to stop by and talk to Trent this guy is awesome I walked in this location not expecting much but not only did I get what I needed I was able to get few other things for the family made everyone happy and he was able to save me money he really went out of his way to make it happen for me and my family above and beyond I'm very grateful for what I accomplished coming to this location everyone stop by ask for Trent and tell him my family says thanks for everything

Trent helped with a warranty exchange. It went very smoothly and he did everything he could to ensure I didn’t lose anything from the old phone.
