The stylist does amazing work but the website let's you make appointments but they do not honor them. So, just walk in because you're not going to get service any sooner by making an appointment. The appointments mean nothing

I had made a appointment for Dec 16 th at 5pm.whoever the rude women was that told me with alot of attitude "I'm not cutting your hair cause most appointments don't show up"I was offended and will never go back.I made my appointment cause that usually means your Guarantee to get your hair cut. I asked for my hair to be cut short but ended up almost shaved and uneven. One “side burn” is shorter than the other and actually shaved. The whole time I was there the hair stylist was in a foul mood and rude to customers. She took a phone call and was extremely rude with the person on the phone. She even yelled that she hates to cut another lady’s hair. I will NOT be going back.Service: Haircut

The owner is a miracle worker when it comes to hair , she did an excellent job on mine and I recently went back to a root touch color , she was working alone and packed but she took care of us all and we didn't have ti wait long and while she did hair she kept everyone's attention so noone would get an attitude for waiting as long as we did but as usual she did an excellent job, she will be doing mt hair from now on , I'm very pleased

The worst place I ever went to,cost me 22. For a man's haircut ,the woman really didn't want me to look in the mirror,I even called customer service ,and complain about the service ,she said she would get back to me ,I never heard back from anyone,good by smart style
