We called today for a quote for repair of hail damage which occured to many people in the area on 20th April. Our Insurance company told us to take the estimate to a garage and have them verify damages and supply a quote. The rude person who answered the phone said we couldn't have an estimate and wouldn't set up an appointment for us. Well who can afford to turn away business that the insurers are paying for !

The worst experience I have ever had! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My vehicle was scheduled in the first day it arrived from the mechanic, they then lied to me for over a month and a half about waiting on supplemental parts but never contacted the insurance company (meaning they had not actually worked on it), then finally 'broke it down' and called me with more work to be done and THEN contacted insurance (meaning they actual did a little work on it). They then told me it would be at least two more weeks to get it back on schedule...AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR STORAGE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT THEY WERE BACKED UP!!! They are crooks and liars BEWARE!!!! I took my truck out of there and it is now at Chandlers with some professionals!

My boyfriend's car has been in their shop for a month now with no estimated time on completion. Was recently told it may be another month for them to even start the work. Terrible customer service and communication and now won't release the car without charging a hefty storage fee. Also lied about the cost to tow the car there initially.

This people are working on my car that was wrecked in the back from a hit and run. OMG they are wonderful and sweet people. I get phone calls on what was being done what was found what there doing now. They are amazing and my car looks brand new again. ? I definitely will recommend any and everyone to them!

I am very pleased with using this shop. It is the only place I take my vehicle. The work is always done in a meticulous manner and I couldn't ask for better service. I personally know of situations where the things have happened that have been out of control of what people's insurance has dictated and the owner has made personal accommodations to try to help the client not be inconvenienced. The owner also assists many in post business hour situations. Do not hesitate to call or use Prestige in Lancaster!

Had a door replaced after someone backed into me on an 02 Pontiac with faded paint, they matched the paint perfectly, couldn't even tell the difference. Plus they fixed the mirror control switch on another door. Then they not only washed the car but they vacuumed it out too.
