I went to this location for a second time just to get a removal & polish. I walked in and no one greeted me as a matter of face she asked me "what you want" I didn't feel welcomed at all. I didn't get what I asked for and i felt very rushed out of her chair. My nails look horrible! I will never spend my money at this place again! Treat all of your customers the same and please do better!

Horrible experience. It has taken months to grow the damage out from 1 manicure. The dermatologist said my nail matrix may be permanently damaged. Technician used a course buffer on my natural nail. It actually burned the nail.Service: Manicure

Pushed to get gel manicure yesterday, which I didn’t want. When I declined, techs were both negative saying I’d regret not getting gel that it would mess up. (I’ve had gel and I don’t like what it does to my nails).Techs became rude and short, and rushed me to pay, before drying. I paid and won’t be back.Services: Pedicure
