I've taken several jewelry pieces to Lancaster pawn for repair or for a cleaning. They are very professional and customer service was awesome. They even fixed a bracelet on the spot for me and I didn't have to leave it. The ladies doing the repairs are awesome. They also have a very nice selection of jewelry.

Terrible & racist experience from the owner,such a nasty women. Seen a roach run across the floor as well Disgusting customer service. Only a matter of time before karma shuts you down ? God bless.
