I have been using this car wash for a couple months now, usually once a week. 3 weeks ago I went through the car wash and it broke off my rear windshield wiper. My car is stock, there is nothing after market about it. I retrieved the broken piece from them and filled out the report and have heard nothing. I am not a valued customer and after spending my money with them and them not fixing the damage they caused I will be taking my business to the new car wash that will be open soon.

Every aspect of my visit to the car wash today was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcomed. They were quick to assist me and answer any questions I had. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire experience.

Came to wash my car here today and one of my hubcaps broke while reaching the end of the tunnel. Heard a loud snap towards my wheel. As I came out the car, I looked down and my brand, new hubcap that i Just purchased these hubcaps Two days ago and basically was told I can’t get reimbursed for the damaged cap. Definitely not coming back here again.

No stars The customer service is horrible all i asked them to spray my mats off he said no i said why not he said its not for customers.
So i said i wont be back so i started finnishing vacuming my truck out then he had the sheriffs department come watch me the whole time i was there horrible customer service. This was my first time there. Then he started stalking me following me up the road to applebees i asked him to leave he blocked me in i called the police on him he still refuced to leave

Thankful we have this service in our town so I don't have to travel 15+ miles to keep my car clean. Great customer service from the Magic Touch team! I will be back AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN!
