Very rude I thought I would give them another try but the lady was so rude. Its not the consumers fault you have to work. if you don't like your profession get a new one.

I went to Hollywood nails to get my nails polished. I wanted gel polish as that is what I had before I went in...No tips or anything, just on my natural nails. I selected the colors that I wanted. No long wait as it was on a Monday. The lady took the polish off my nails witha drill.. Didn't file or reshape them or anything. Then she tells me I need new acrylic.... I've only gotten acrylic on my nails in the past if there was one broken or needed to be repaired. But I noticed she was using excessive polish also. Polish was building up back into my cuticles. When she finished i had to ask her could she file one of the nails because it was not shaped like my other nails as part of the nail had broken off. Paid her $35 for the polish and a nice tip. But at any rate, the very next day, the polish chipped . I go back to the shop and let the man at the counter know that my polish chipped and he looks at me like I had 2 heads and asked me WHAAAT , as if he didn't see what i was showing him. The lady that originally polish my nails says, i told you you needed new acrylic !!!!! Lady,....old acrylic , new acrylic, white acrylic, blue acrylic..... what does that have to do with my polish chipping off the next day...???? I just paid you $35 dollars yesterday!!!!! Acrylic and polish chipping are 2 totally different issues!!! She never even got up to look at the nail either. The guy that was at the counter took a file and filed the chipped polish off the edge of my nail. No repolish or anything!!! Needless to say, I won't be going back there again!!!!

I went to a very highly rated nail salon in Ballantyne and got probably the worst sns nails with extensions that I'd ever seen. It was a Sunday, it was late, I just went home and yes, cried a little. I had a work conference in two days and I just couldn't salvage the nails they did.
I took a chance: Hollywood nails was in town and they had availability after work. I was fortunate enough to get Lisa, who is excellent at her craft and listened to my wants and needs. She took the time to undo the shoddy work done by the other salon and gave me the nails I had wanted all along. The salon was very clean, everyone was attentive, and I enjoyed my experience a lot. I will be returning to do my nail maintenance there with Lisa :)

I came for an eyebrow wax, manicure, and gel polish removal lady charged me $40 dollars for all that . She barely did anything but soaked my nails and removed the dead skins from cuticles and just removed the paint From my toe nails. Can you say price gouging their customers or little bit customers they do have . Very sad and then customer service was awful . Then going to have to nerve to call me friend after she done ripped 40$ off me for a 10-15 minute service that she couldn’t even show me the prices for . I will not come back here and another thing that’s why people are becoming more self sufficient because of places like this !!!! She didn’t even give me my money’s worth!!!!! I refused to argue with the lady because I could just tell how greedy this establishment is!!!

Sat in there for 45 minutes, as I was sitting there they were taking people straight back that were coming in after everyone else that was still sitting there. They usually are pretty great buy today was just crazy.

Booked 2 appointments for manicures and pedicures as a birthday gift.Both appointments were for 12pm. We arrived at 11:50 waited over 30 minutes no one greeted us at all. After the 30 minute wait we were told to go back the pedicure chairs. There was already 5 people waiting. We proceeded to wait another 30 minute. As we are waiting it is now 1pm, we received an email stating thank you for your visit. The appointment was scheduled from 12-12:50pm. We decided to leave. I will never visit that place again, because that’s what it was a visit. Nothing was ever done!!!!!!! I will never go back even if it was free
