They are really bad they sale broke cars me and my husband drive 2 hours to buy a van with them the van broke after 10 min of driving in our way back to home (Lauren’s sc ) with our two daughters we call them and text them they never answer back they just still our money they said everything was good with the van we pay more than $5000 for a broken transmission car we end up paying for tow truck to take this broke car to our house

i highly recommend dukes!! not only did they save me money on a BRAND new camper, but they also were very sufficient. after a stressful week with camping world dukes was able to help me get the camper i want in the price range i could afford.

This place deserves 0 stars. My nephews received 2 BRAND NEW BMC 125 dirtbikes from their Santa on 12/25/21 (Purchased a cpl weeks prior to Christmas) , They got to ride them maybe a whole week combined into January before the issues came up with these bikes. Over $3000 to purchase these bikes. They were taken back to Dukes after several calls were made and they have had them until the end of January of 2023. The bikes came back worse than when they were taken in to Dukes. Many many messages have been left and none have been returned. The owner avoids the calls and never calls back. We were told there was nothing wrong with the bikes. Well they have dry rotting tires, these bikes were stored in an enclosed barn out of the elements and my nephews never even got to take them for any kind of off road riding nor did they ever get to ride them in any kind inclement weather to even get them dirty or ruin the tires to the point they are dry rotted. Both bikes are pouring gas out of the carburetors. The smaller of the 2 is now spewing gas out of the air filter and seals of the carburetor. It wasn’t that bad when the bike left to go back to Dukes.When we reached out to them and someone did answer the phone, they were rude with the exception of one time where a lady promised this was going to be resolved and apologized for the rude response we had received prior. A later call back to them and they stated absolutely nothing was wrong with the bikes and they could be picked up.Save your hard earned money and do not waste your time with this unprofessional company that does not back the product that they sell. The bikes had a 1 year warranty in which Dukes kept the bikes for so long the warranty ran out.We will be getting in touch with the manufacturer, BBB, and any other form of media and social media possible to expose this company for what they truly are.If you don’t want your kids Christmas (or want other special gift) ruined, then please take your business somewhere else. It’s sad to see my nephews so disappointed that they can only look at these 2 dirtbikes and wish they could ride them.Dukes, do better!!

0 Stars would be left if it was an option. Purchased a brand new, not used or as is, BRAND NEW Bms Dune buggy. Arrived to me with dents, scrapes and surface rust on every panel along with mechanical issues. Received this unit and had no issues with the buying process but as soon as it was time to talk about fixing and replacing the unit, there was no one to be found. They would not call back, answer the phone and i have given them 4 Business days in total to respond and they have done no such thing. I run a small business in FL and am disgusted at this company. The unit arrived to me after paying 1100 for shipping a BRAND NEW NEVER USED UNIT, with broken sensors, a CV axle that wasn’t in the differential, grease fittings not installed on the swing arms allowing moisture and rust to form in the bushings, coolant leaking from the coolant hoses, and that’s just the mechanical flaws aside from the cosmetics which were NOT spoken of before purchase. I’m staring at a 16 THOUSAND DOLLAR lawn ornament . Again, Brand new, not as is or used. My disappointment is high and i assure no one should purchase from this company. My unit is luckily under warranty through the manufacture whom have been notified of the issue and have been more helpful than the dealer itself. The manufacture is also disgusted in the dealers actions and has noted them for fraud. Here are pictures of how my unit arrived to me . The unit runs, but idles at 3000 rpm which makes it impossible to drive. Unfortunately a picture cannot show such issue, Edit, after leaving this review the owner, last name of Mauldin, was so childish instead of resolving the issue at hand went to my business profile on google and left a 1 start review out of spite because he’s such a fraud he can’t talk to his customers. Proof in photos. What a joke.

Bought a side by side…. came with imperfections, parts installed improperly. Called repeatably and was left unanswered from 40+ calls and the lady receptionist was a absolute unpleasant person to talk to and was taking it as a joke. Even if the owner would actually talk and say there’s nothing he can do at least then he would’ve answered. Never buy from here. The manufacturer “BMS” has been a thousand times more helpful then dukes has been.

I bought a truck camper from them. The staff was very friendly. The facility is well kept and clean. There was some problems with my loan but Joyce was extremely helpful and apologetic for the mix up. I came from NC and she overnighted me paperwork so I didn't have to drive 3 hours back down there. Would highly recommend them. Support local, camping world can kick rocks.
