On 06/19/2024, I went into this Dollar General and asked politely to speak to the manager. The employee Stacy comes out when I ask to view a video they say they have ( Karen) calls the police. They tell me they can put anyone out the store for any reason and they don’t have to tell you why. So they can refuse to serve you because you are tall, gay, black, or they just don’t like you. Now they have me on trespassing alert because I asked to speak to the manage? Dollar General obviously needs to do more staff training.

Staff close the store for no reason and randomly. DO NOT TRUST STORE HOURS!!!Doors locked doors 2 hours before closing and was told by the cashier to hurry up because she wasn’t staying late

I will never shop at this store again. Everything that I bought was a different price than posted on the shelf and also when couponing you might wanna write your list down cause you will have no phone service while there and then the still over priced me with coupons. This is Dollar general on flat creek road in Lancaster sc and the manager Latoya wasn’t very much help either.

I have been a regular at this location since the store opened and its awful there never a cashier behind the register there always off somewhere talking on there phones and i have to wait for them to check out. The store is always junky and nobody can get through the aisle's managers never there when you need them or there system is always down just TERRIBLE

it depends on which location you go to... this is about the worst in town as far as customer service and rude employees.... boxes in all isles almost fell trying to get a 2liter drink...

Shelves always empty. Cant get through the store. This place has fallen apart.
