The pharmacy staff members were awesome and very helpful; however, when I went to leave the front entrance was locked. I was able to unlock the doors that are on the inside of the store, but I was unable to unlock the second set of doors that take you outside. Therefore, I had to turn back around and go back inside to find someone to help me so I could leave. I couldn’t find anyone on the floor, so I knocked on the window of the office. A young man come out of the office shaking his head at me telling me that I locked the doors that he seen me lock the doors cause he watched me on the cameras. I was shocked by his response because why would I ever lock the doors???? Like I don’t work there and could care less what time they lock their doors as long as I can get out of there when I need to leave. The guy proceeded to tell me that I locked the doors and wouldn’t help me unlock them cause he was to busy telling me how I locked them, which makes no sense! I then had to beg him to just unlock the doors for me so I could leave. Finally, he unlocked the doors, but this guy needs to be fired and he needs to be taught how to talk to a customer period. I have never in my life ever been accused of something so ridiculous and then the nerve of him to make me basically beg for him to let me out the store. I want someone to sit down with him and pull the footage to the cameras and show his immature and pathetic self how to review the footage on the cameras where he will find that he more than likely locked the doors himself and was hiding in the office instead of working. The employee is Josh from what I just found out. The real manager of this store needs to fire him or have some serious training put in place so no one else ever has to encounter this type of situation again!

I have been to some terrible pharmacies, but I have never been to one that goes straight to voicemail. Then one person told me that he wasn’t going to help me in the pharmacy.

One star is too much for these people. I moved my wife's seizure meds from this store. Just lairs they never order it. I called for information about something else and the pharmacist hung up on me. The District manager needs to handle this store. Never again, people don't go there for any.

Will never have my kid's prescription filled here again. They told insurance they had filled it a week ago and charged insurance for it and never actually filled it and never even let me know they filled said prescription and wanting another pharmacy to do their job to call the insurance and tell them it was never filled. So we got the complete run around about a child's medicine that absolutely needs it to function every single day.

Beware! Do not accept the price at pickup without confirming your prescription has been run through your insurance or any manufacturer discount programs you have on file. This happens so frequently that it makes me wonder if this isn't done on purpose, hoping you will pay full price without realizing it. Prescriptions are filled without asking, and even when specifically told NOT to fill them. These situations add up to a waste of time and resources for an already severely understaffed location (even when no one calls out). Have moved some of my prescriptions because CVS has the highest cost in the area. The only reason I use this location at all is because of evening hours but the hassle is making me question why I even bother.

I will never go back to CVS again they are the most rudest ppl ever. No customer service what so ever. The line in drive thru is always long an u have to wait forever for someone to help you. I will not be back an have our stuff transfer to somewhere else. I wish Tracy was back!!!!!!!
