Don’t buy anything in store - no return policy for Amazon products like it is coming from another galaxy and we are leaving on earth with no consumer protection. They r not even warning about it when buying. And monopoly in my area needs to be stopped

I cannot Believe you charged me $35. Per TV in my home to get srevice back on after I forgot ONE TIME to pay my bill !!!! I have been with Comporium for Decades!!!!! What a Very low thing (and exceedingly GREEDY) to do!!!!!!!! My 87 year old Mom couldn’t believe it either! I will be dropping you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I hope others do as well!!!!! What a slap in the face! I already pay you $325 + a month!!!! It’s time for people to find another way to watch TV!!! And NOT WITH COMPORIUM!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience!! The Hwy 9 Lancaster store is racist, rude and lacks professional customer service. If you have a ACP affordable connectivity plan you will be given the run around so they can make it hard as possible to apply your benefit. I called the ACP office as instructed and the representative couldn’t believe how difficult it was for them to check my enrollment recertification. The sales manager gave no apology and lacked courtesy. She only acknowledged her sales girl who gave me the run around, and her sales girl never apologized for the two weeks of inconvenience I experienced. Instead she came up with a bogus excuse to not process my already enrolled discount saying I applied out of state the third time around. Wrong! No customer care at all! I will be canceling as soon as I move from this area. It’s unfortunate good service is lacking due to people’s judgement and lack of knowledge or compassion.

Terrible experience and overall very poor customer service. We were loyal customers and paid on-time for several years. We updated payment information one month and they failed to withdraw payment. The next month, we found out when they deactivated our account. We called and paid in full as soon as we were aware, and after taking full payment, they told us they would have to run a credit check and need an additional security deposit (they kept the previous security deposit), and we'd have to sign a new contract and start a new account. We will be using a different internet service provider moving forward for home and business.

Ms Latisha in customer service is a wonderful lady to speak with. She was informative and took a huge weight off me and my husband during a stressful move. We cannot thank her enough for the superior service she gave us. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!

Whenever I call Comporium the representatives are wonderful and they take their time to explain sometimes things this 71 year old might not understand at first .This past time in person was outstanding . Brooke took her time to answer my questions and then write down those things I might need to go over again . I love Comporium!!

My mother had been sick and I was only able to pay 60 of an 80 dollar bill. Long story short Comporium removed my account out of the system for 20 dollars. When I went to pay it the next day the online representative said that she didn't see the account and the account had been removed due to not paying by the extension date. I told her that I had been with Comporium for 15 years and had always paid my bill. When I went to the local office there was a wonderful woman there that assisted me with creating a new account in my name for a cheaper rate than it would have been if I had service restored in my mom's name. Moral of the story we need good people who are willing to help out their customers. Mrs. Moree was quick, professional, and had me in and out within 5 minutes with my new router in hand. Now that's what professional customer service is. Thanks again Mrs.Moree.

All the technicians that I had come out here to help reconnect. Everything were great, very professional and friendly. I could’ve done it without them. I highly recommend Comporium and her employees.
