I have been renting my climate controlled unit at Safe Self Storage in Lancaster, SC for over 2 years now. The grounds are kept neat, pest control is taken seriously, customer service is responsive and helpful and their prices are very competitive. Most importantly, I feel that my belongings are secure. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a self storage unit.

Rented a storage unit from them for 4-5 years. never had any issues at all. The area inside the builds and around the outside was always kept clean. The were fairly easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely refer them to anyone in need of storage.

Changed their pricing a couple days after I got a unit from them. I needed a 24/7 access due to my swing shift schedules. They want to charge extra for the access past normal business hours which I personally don't agree with. The units are okay, but don't expect anything great, the gravel makes it extremely hard to move a trailer into them especially if your unit is up against the fence. Didn't work for me, hopefully it works for future tenants.

I needed a quick solution for storing a room of furniture while moving and jumped online to see if Bonus Room Self Storage in Lancaster had a room to rent. They had the space we needed and renting online was super easy. The room was clean and convenient. Kathy was super helpful in answering questions about the renting and then moving out process. I would definitely recommend this storage service to anyone who needs it!

Convenient. Made reservation after hours online and immediately given code for 24/7 gate access . Easy hassle free process. Plenty of security cameras and got storage room size expected and paid for.

Was locked out of my unit made a payment and they still haven't took my locked off after calling them they said they will unlock it and no one still haven't unlocked it.very inconvenience

Only had my 10X10 unit for a few months went in to get something out of my unit and seen that there was a bad infestation of roaches in my unit....nothing has been done I’ve called multiple times and left voice messages and still haven’t heard anything...definitely would not recommend anybody put their belongings in the bonus room units.
