I love ? my bank and I've had several issues with them ? but 50% of them were mistakes I made but they corrected them and didn't even charge me ? I'm having an issue now which I probably made but I finally got one fixed myself now I only have one so I'm hoping to get it done so so you got to work together and soon together will figure it out ?

Stay away from this bank,nothing but trouble since they merged,ATM out of cash 3 weeks in a row(one time on a Friday) went to go get cash out this morning to pay bills ,ATM kept the card, girlfriend went in while I waited at ATM ,one of the managers was very rude ,like wasn't concerned,i went in withdrew all cash .please note cashiers were nice,got on phone with atm people to let them know,but the managers should have put an out of order sign on ATM,because apparently it happened to several other people before me,said they would call next week to give card back.

This by far the worst service I have ever had. for the most part the people are friendly they just can't anwser any of your questions because they do not know the answer my account was overdrafted at least 6 times directly after my SS check was direct deposited into my account and there had been no transaction for 8 days pervious I set at the ATM for 1 and a half hrs on hold because my card was stuck in the ATM machine I was not allowed to deposit a money order into my account I was shorted $60.00 on a withdrawal which was immediately made right but anyway I have made at least 11 trips to the bank since 11:00 am Sat morning 4/2/2022 and it's just now Thursday 4/7/2022 I even met with the branch manager but when my deposit was denied I called the main branch in Charlotte and was told to go back get a temporary card and deposit it through the ATM which of course is out of order once again so I'm going to use the Indian Land branch and find me somewhere else ASAP I was a SunTrust customer for 20yrs+ and there was never a problem never. Beyond dissatisfied!!!!

I have been with BB&T for over 20 years at one time the service was good it is now the worst that you could imagine. Drive thru is awful, inside they have 8 offices people sitting in waiting area only one person to wait on them. The other 7 offices empty.

4 minutes ago-Edit I wish I read all the one-star, negative Google reviews before I opened my account. So many negative reviews mean BB&T stands for Brainless Banking Trash, When I opened my account, I wasn't given a temporary debit card. (Strike one) I was about to refinance my home and asked the intake clerk if BB&T waived closing costs for current account holders. She said yes. Later, the loan people laughed at me for believing her and refused to waive the costs. (Strike 2) Calls were also not returned. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I called corporate to complain, they dragged their feet. (Strike 3). But, wait, there's more! Corporate decided to close my account and sent the letter to the WRONG address where it was opened (Revealing my ENTIRE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO A STRANGER!) Fortunately, the stranger saw the CORRECT address on the actual letter and brought it to me. STILL, THIS IS A MAJOR SECURITY BREACH!!!!! Because it was the weekend, I had little recourse and had to wait until Monday. when I tried to call the lady who signed the letter, THEY REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH HER!!!!! After waiting 32 minutes arguing and being put on hold, I hung up, called back, and was connected with Annette who promised to give me 2 more weeks and call me back about my request for 30 days, Annette never called back and I emailed corporate with a copy of the wrong address envelope and a substantial fine. The result? More retaliation. They had the branch manager Sevan Ohanion, call to harass me to set an appointment to close the account. When I refused, they closed it without telling me! My mortgage payment hadn't cleared and the fraud department is stuck on " Let me call you, tomorrow...) If it wasn't for the hassle of changing accounts I would be thrilled to walk away from Brainless Banking Trash!!! Run, don't walk, from Brainless Banking Trash!!!!!
