Overall a great experience! Madison at the front desk was very helpful and quick to have everything I needed taken care of! Germaine and Rashad,(sorry if I misspelled your names) you were both extremely kind and professional as you came in to deliver and install everything. I noticed your attention to detail and how both of you were ensuring you didn’t damage anything as you were bringing in heavy furniture and appliances. You both were so friendly and helpful and I could not thank you enough for your hard work! 5/5 stars

I have been with Badcock and More for over (15) years now. I have purchased (88) pieces of Furniture. All the Salesmen have been good, but Preston is THE GREATEST!! I Love Babcock and More!! The Furniture is nice and strong. They don’t sell junk!! ❤️

This company is a joke. We bought once and the delivery was horrible and we ended up putting the furniture together ourselves and the footboard was broke. We ordered a bunk bed and it came scratched. To top it off we used the financing and are set on auto withdrawals and they reported us late on our credit when they were taking payments monthly.

I will never shop here again!!! Purchased dining room chairs the beginning of August, was given a delivery date of 9/10/22 and of course I knew this was an estimation. Called to check on the order and was told, "we'll call you when they come in". Was told they haven't shipped from their distribution center yet, maybe another 10-14 days, but we'll call you when they come in. Called after the 14 days and was told they were in route to the store and it could take 10 days before they get to the store, but we'll call you when they get here. 2 months of waiting, I called, 10/5 after someone in the store told me they were scheduled to get to the store 10/4, and when I asked for the status of the chairs, was told they are restocking them and would be another 4-6 weeks!!! I cancelled the order, they refunded our money but wasted 2 months waiting. Went on Amazon 10/5 ordered very comparable, American made chairs, they were delivered 10/7.

Our salesman ( Preston ) was awesome!! He wasn’t pushy and gave us room to look, but always close by with a quick answer!! He definitely helped seal the deal on our furniture purchase today!!! We all know how hard it is to get good help these days but this company has one of the “GOOD” ones !!! Hope Badcock realizes as well.

The two young men who helped me were friendly, knowledgeable and so very accommodating as I came in 25 minutes before closing for a recliner, in hopes this would help my injured husband sleep better. I hate I do not have their names but I so loved their positive attitudes and willingness to help me! They even helped me take pics to send to my husband so he could take part in the decision making process! Great experience!

The managers and staff are rude and when you call home office, they can't do anything for you. If home office can't help in the situation, what is the point of them. They are nice when they are making the sale. Once you have a problem with the product, they get rude and try to talk down to you like it is your fault. Do Better Badcock!!!

If I could give a zero star review, I would. This experience has been a headache and is still ongoing! I purchased an L shaped sectional with 7 pieces on 3/16/21, which had arrived to my house on 4/21/21. 6/30/21 was my first call to the store because two pieces started getting holes in the seams, they said they would order the end piece and middle stationary piece, but they did not have a definite date due to delays in shipping. 8/6/21 I called again since I hadn't heard back and they let me know that they had the pieces in the store, but didn't get a chance to call. They scheduled an appointment for 9/24/21 to have a technician bring the two pieces out to the house at 9am. 9/24/21 rolls around and they were a no call, no show. I called the next day and they apologized and rescheduled for 10/11/21 at 1pm. I am still being patient at this point, but it's already getting ridiculous. The technicians arrive and take the two pieces with holes in them and on replace one, which was the end piece. They did not bring the middle stationary piece and I let the technicians know at that time that I am still missing that piece. They told me to call the store to let them know, which I immediately did. I got "The piece is on a ship at sea and we will order it and get it to you as soon as possible. We'll let you know when it arrives to the store." While sitting in the end piece on 10/18/21, I noticed the top corner came to me broken, the wood pieces looks like they had snapped. I called back and they let me know that they would place another order for a new piece. I called 12/6/21 to get a status update because I really wanted that missing piece due to family coming in for the holidays. I got the same info as last time, it's out at sea, nothing we can do about it. I'm getting even more frustrated now, but okay. I get it, it's the holidays, everyone is super slammed right now. I end up putting it off at this point because of other things going on around the house at the time. When I finally called back on 2/7/21 after making yet another payment on time for an incomplete couch, I spoke with Preston who told me that the store has new management. He stated that there were no records on file about any of the phone calls I made or the requests I made. He let me know that he would give me a call back the next day after he did some research. He did not call back. I call back on 2/25/21 and spoke to "LE" who let me know the same information and that he'd speak with Preston. He DID call me back the same day, but unfortunately let me know that the area manager would have to look into the warranty information to see if they could do anything about this. "LE" called me back on 2/26/21 and let me know that he would personally come out to the house to take a look at what is going on. Great, we scheduled for him to come out the following Monday (2/28/21). He did not show up, but he did call me and let me know that a technician would be in the store on 3/1/21 and that he'd come out there to look at the couch. The technician called on 3/1/21 and let me know he was 15 minutes out. He shows up and I show him the missing piece and where it was broken. He did not mention anything about when the pieces would arrive or anything. It took all of 3 minutes and he left. I am assuming they placed an order, but to date, I have not heard anything from Preston, LE, the technician, not one person from the store with any kind of update. It is now 3/13/21 and I'm about ready to send this couch back. This has been the worst experience with a business I've ever had and they can't seem to make it right. Corporate will be called Monday, let's see if I can get anywhere with them.

Well to start with promised payment arrangement was way off, I was told payments to be around $195 but the statement says $240? The store doesn’t have my paperwork and can’t tell me anything why the payment is high! Called corporate and they said the reason my payment went up is because I picked up my other merchandise ( which was in the original documents) and that’s why the payment has went up! The store employee’s was very helpful and tried to resolve the situation, but corporate is a JOKE! I would recommend buying elsewhere!!!!??

Poor customer service. Poor quality furniture. They will not help you if warranty is even one day old. There vision is to care about customers and sell quality furniture. INCORRECT. DO NOT BUY FROM BADCOCK.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH BADCOCK ALWAYS FINDING WHAT I NEED RIGHT HERE AT HOME! I WENT OUT OF TOWN THIS LAST TIME AND TO TWO DIFFERENT FURNITURE STORES AND CAME RIGHT BACK TO BADCOCK TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING ALWAYS GOING BEYOND TO HELP ANYWAY THEY CAN.

I bought a living-room suit from here in December 2020. The couch has broken twice since. I called them for over two weeks before they came to pick up the couch. Five days after they have had my couch I called to see if it was ready and they said it’s going to be two weeks before the part comes in to fix it! I don’t know which is worse the service or the quality of the furniture. I am now with an empty room in my home for the second time because I chose to purchase from this retailer. You would think that if a customer has had so much trouble with their merchandise that they would try to make things right with furniture that will hold up better.

Walked into the store at 5 and by 5:30 had already been approved for credit and purchased my new dining room set! Great job!
