Not the best place to go went to pay on a bill and try to transfer service , got told my bill was 2 months behind when it was 10 days past due (my own fault lost card and had to stop draft and forgot to update ) but after paying 353.00 and then being told I would need to go to a actual AT&T store closest one rockhill that they couldn't transfer service , then finding out the lady charged me a extra month because I now have a 177.00 dollar credit , just not a pleasant experience

One of the worst covid experiences. Mask required, have to answer a questionnaire, and have temperature taken. Had to try and stay behind a plastic shield even while trying to had the phones over. I cleared my throat one time to speak and everyone was freaking out. But besides all of that I got what I needed done and the lady was nice.

These People Dont know there foot from there as^2 they are the absolute worst terrible customer service people i have ever meet they need to make up there mind and either be atnt or comporium internet and Quit being thieves and putting money into wrong account and than telling there customers they cannot do anything about it and it not there problems anymore its atnt problem i mean when u have the recipe from the purchase right off hand and walk out the door and see that she forgot to switch it over to the correct account and run back in and they say that. The other stores are fine they trued to help but this one is a pos and tops the list at 1. Management is also just as stuiped as them and disrespectful
