I generally deal with the Camden SC store. About 4-5 months ago I came in this location and was greeted with a beautiful smile by the GM wonderful young lady the best the store could ask for I recently found out she’s Gone ? just makes me wanna cancel my contract ? this Aaron’s needs to do better ?

Was very disappointed in the way manager handled my washer breaking the replacement of it. I had only washed 1 load and it broke. It took almost 14 days to get a replacement.

Aaron in Lancaster SC off hwy 9 bypass damaged my property by driving delivery box truck in yard hitting home and caused damage to vehicle. On top of me and my 12 year old had to carry in my own PURCHASE big couch with love seat and 75inch tv. Cause Aaron only had one person to deliver. Now Aaron is not responding to me I have pictures to prove damage

I called Aaron’s to check on my order, emerald answered the phone saying “ugghhh Aaron’s how may I help you” I proceed to ask what’s going on with my application being that the money has been taken out of my account already and she told me that there is no order for me. I informed her that $25.00 was taken out of my account then she says well wait a minute, she put me on hold then another woman who I assume is the manager picked up the phone saying ma’am we don’t have an order for you yet because our trucks only come on Wednesday’s and yours won’t be here until next week. The time frame is not the issue, I just wanted an estimate of how long it would be. I didn’t ask for the nasty attitude that I received. The simple answer would’ve been your order is being processed, and won’t make it to our store until next week.
