Ted's Moving promises to deliver exceptional service and a pleasurable experience. And that is exactly what Ted and his crew delivered for a recent labor-only job for which I had hired them. I hired Ted and his crew to unload a 22-foot rental truck in the Charlotte area. On move day, as I had requested, Ted texted me 30 minutes in advance that he was en route. Ted and his 2 helpers, Vlad and Jeremy, showed up on time and started work as soon as I parked and opened the door of the truck. Ted brought all the required equipment (dollies, carts and a handtruck + straps for the mattress) and even provided a battery-operated fan for me to use while I waited on the back of the truck (to keep an eye on all of the stuff), where temperatures in the summer can exceed 100 degrees. That fan kept me cool throughout the move.Ted and his helpers worked very hard for 4 hours to get all of the items into the elevator and up into the apartment. They honored my requests and never once complained about any aspect of the job, including an additional 150-foot walk across the parking garage no one knew about. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. I am happy to report that all items made it safely into the apartment. Ted, Vlad and Jeremy made sure to unwrap all of the items, place them where requested, and to put all of the boxes in the specific room marked on each box. They also re-assembled a table and removed all of the tape from the moving blankets. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish.If you're in the Charlotte area and looking for professional, affordable movers with a great attitude and work ethic, don't hesitate to call Ted. I had a 5-star experience and have no doubt you will as well.Thanks again to Ted, Vlad and Jeremy for doing a fantastic job.

I highly recommend Ted's Moving. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Ted and his team were on time, incredibly efficient, fast, and friendly. They took great care with all my items (no damage, no scuff marks) and they even went above and beyond tightening my dining room table which was left a little loose from my last move. Moves are always so stressful, but these guys made it so easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Ted and his staff were on time and took great care of all of our stuff! All three guys were pleasant to deal with and worked hard for us. I would definitely use them again. They came highly recommended from friend's who had used them a couple of months ago with great results. Ted was very communicative and I knew everything that was going to happen.

It was a pleasure working with Ted's Moving. Although communication was only via email for the sake of written documentation, the response time was very quick. The detailed instruction sheet for packing and getting ready for the move was very helpful. Ted and the whole team was very efficient, detail-oriented, friendly and punctual. Really appreciate how they handled the furniture with care, disassembled and assembled the beds. Our move from an apartment to a new house (local distance) was completed smoothly without any damage to the furniture, appliances or the properties (apartment and house). Would definitely contact for more services and would totally recommend to others. Thank you for your service!

Ted and his team did a great job moving us this week. They took time to wrap everything and was extremely careful during the move. He and his team were professional and made sure the furniture was positioned exactly where we wanted it. I will not hesitate to call him again should we need another mover. I have used other movers in the past and he was by far the best I have used in the Charlotte area.

If you're looking for movers in Charlotte and are considering Ted's, look no further. Ted and his crew are fantastic. They were well organized, on time, courteous, and helped assemble all of our furniture that needed to be put back together. They even put a few bikes back in better than original condition.

The best service that I ever have! Our family moved from out of state to Charlotte, NC. I just searched Yelp and found Ted's Moving has lots of ​good reviews. So I just wanted to try my luck. So glad that Ted's Moving did not disappoint us. Ted and his staff are very professional and efficient. They had the​ protective pads for my doors and stair handrail. They are not only good at moving stuff​ but also skilled at installation. Ted is very warm-hearted to buy parts to fix the problem while installing the refrigerator drinking duct. So so appreciated! I will certainly recommend Ted's to my friends. Ted's Moving provides high value-added service. It's not just a moving company - it's the best company which provides solution to clients! Thumb up!

Ted's Moving company was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, friendly, easy to work with, and did an amazing job. We had three movers and used their moving trailer to move us out of our 2- bedroom apartment which admittedly had a challenging layout. They navigated the move quickly and efficiently and got us moved into our new home easily and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this group for moving, and fully intend to use them again if the situation arises in the future.
