Current review. This is the worse pharmacy I've ever been to. Extremely long drive thru time. Prescriptions are never ready after being called in for hours/days! The pharmacy techs and pharmacist lack extreme knowledge on anything! Don't even bother coming to this location! They deserve no Stars!

Every time I have come the prescription is not ready 2 hours from Dr appointment time when it was ordered. The prescription is never completed , I have had to return 3 times now because they didn’t have enough pills . Unfortunately my drug plan I can only use them so I am stuck. Don’t waste your time and money driving back and forth.

Giving shots to kids can't be fun. The pharmacist took his time and was so sweet trying to distract my little one! They seem beyond busy but he still went above and beyond- thank you!!

Pharmacy workers are hella rude.No matter if they are behind the window or on the phone. They better start checking their attitudes cause alot pple dont tolerate that disrespect. specially if they not going to keep that same energy after they clock out ? #watchtheway you treat and talk to pple.

Great convenient type of place. Would be 4 stars if everything other than OTC meds was so expensive here.. all general merchandise is way overpriced.

Worst customer service experience we have ever had at the Lake Wylie Walgreens. Went in to pick up pictures and the guy at the Photo Center was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Not only did he have an attitude, he had a lollipop in his mouth and was incredibly rude. Then I was told that they lost my pictures and blamed me saying I sent them to the wrong location. The manager came over and went over the guys work and found my pictures. Their management clearly needs to enforce some humility, accountability, and respectfulness if they are going to hire people for customer service areas. Incredibly disappointed and will not be using the Lake Wylie location anymore.

Every time I swear never coming back. This morning for sure confirmed. Never. Customer service is so incompetent... 2 people helping 1 Customer with a rain check. I had one freaking item and could not get checked out. Waited 10 minutes....So left on counter and walked out. Geez Louise. Thank you CVS, is now my go to.

Got a small cut on my hand and just got some paper towels so I wasn’t bleeding. As I was buying a drink, Tiffany went out of her way to get me a band-aid. Small act but made my day. Another example of the great customer service I get here every time!

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a vaccine, only to be called the wrong name (I was the only person there waiting). After getting my name corrected, 15 minutes later she called me up and said my insurance wasn't going through, she had also entered the wrong birthdate.... it was an absolute disaster of an experience, then the lady who messed up everything was the one who gave me my vaccine an hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was honestly worried if she even had the correct vaccine given the complete incompetence.

To say this place sucks for getting a vaccine is an understatement. Took 25 minutes to check us in because they had the wrong date of birth in their system for my son, all the while zero communication our first appt was at 12..hadnt even gotten paperwork at 1230..went up to pharmacist to ask for a time frame she said I dont know Im running behind...so we all just left. God awful.

The staff is great store is very clean pharmacy polite it. The only reason I gave you the bad star is I have been on hold for 49 minutes they have picked the phone up and replaced me on hold 14 times If you need the pharmacy you just need to go in therem

We made an appointment to receive our flu shot. We received our confirmation code that had a link to pre register which didn't work. We went to the website and filled out the form. We arrived a little early per their guidance. Then we waited and waited before we were approached to start the process. We'll it turns out pre filling out the form was a waste of time as it had to be put in manually. We're not done yet. The system was glitchy which made that task difficult and took an extended amount of time. Almost 40 minutes later no shot. The wife who is more patient than me stuck around and finally received her shot about 50 minutes after arriving. Best of luck to the next customer.

I frequently do delivery orders here and Kim and Tiffany have both been super friendly and helpful. Thank you for being nice to doordash. That's not always the case and it means the world.

Scheduled a Covid test here for travel. I Went inside to get the test at my appt time and the lady asked me my name and told me I must go through the drive through. After waiting 30 mins past my appointment, the lady then decides to tell me I don’t have appt because I don’t have a confirmation number but I have a screenshot of the time location and how they are charging.
