Staff is extremely rude, whether in pharmacy/drive thru/phone. They lack basic manners and act like having to speak to customers is a chore - if that’s so, find a new line of work. These people are infuriating.

The way the staff treats the customers is shocking. To say that a huge increase in price on medicine that is an everyday regiment is not a big deal, is craziness. They were no help in getting it resolved. This isn’t fast food, this is vital to people. If you don’t like your job or lack the ability to treat people like they matter then you should find a new career. I’d highly recommend any other pharmacy than this one.

I get my prescriptions from this Walgreens on a very regular basis. Theresa is an absolute pleasure to see on my trips, and I look forward to seeing her at the drive-through. My medicine isn’t the easiest to manage, and she helps me with a smile and never a complaint. She is the one that keeps me coming back every week and every year. Just a great person. Thank you!!!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. Spent the night before in the hospital with my 2 year old daughter… her prescriptions were sent at 6am and when I went to pick them up at 6pm (12 hours later) I was told they couldn’t fill it.
When I asked why I had not been communicated with about this, pharmacist told me she didn’t have time to contact people about issues like this. She showed zero empathy for the fact that my 2 year old couldn’t breathe tonight because of her incompetence… it was all my fault.
She even went as far as suggesting I just take my daughter back to the hospital tonight!
My family and I will NEVER be going back to this store or any other Walgreens for that matter.

Current review. This is the worse pharmacy I've ever been to. Extremely long drive thru time. Prescriptions are never ready after being called in for hours/days! The pharmacy techs and pharmacist lack extreme knowledge on anything! Don't even bother coming to this location! They deserve no Stars!

Every time I have come the prescription is not ready 2 hours from Dr appointment time when it was ordered. The prescription is never completed , I have had to return 3 times now because they didn’t have enough pills . Unfortunately my drug plan I can only use them so I am stuck. Don’t waste your time and money driving back and forth.

Giving shots to kids can't be fun. The pharmacist took his time and was so sweet trying to distract my little one! They seem beyond busy but he still went above and beyond- thank you!!

Pharmacy workers are hella rude.No matter if they are behind the window or on the phone. They better start checking their attitudes cause alot pple dont tolerate that disrespect. specially if they not going to keep that same energy after they clock out ? #watchtheway you treat and talk to pple.
