My wife and myself went in for a flu shot after making an appointment. There was someone new working the counter that asked me many times to come back for additional information she needed. (This should be automated for her) I still didn't receive my shot after 35 minutes and left. My wife finally received hers after 50+ minutes. I don't blame the staff but the corporation has failed. Most of the info the staff needed to receive the shot was answered while making the appointment and was asked again. The missing information should have been asked prior to my arrival. It's my understanding that like other pharmacies they are understaffed and that's what i witnessed. I actually feel bad for them.

Merry Christmas Eve! I called in a prescription 3 days ago to make sure I could get it filled. This is a common, but necessary prescription for my son's ADHD. Get message that it is ready. Go to pharmacy. I'm told it is out of stock and won't be in until Monday or Tuesday given the holiday. I explain that my son is out of his prescription and ask if they can provide a couple day of interim medicine at a lower dose to fill the gap or transfer it to another Walgreens for a one-time fill. They say no! Cannot and will not. Only option they provide is to get the doctor on Christmas Eve to write a new RX. Of course they are closed and won't. I'm done with these people. Third time they don't keep or have stuff in stock.

Ordered several canvases from the photo department. The quality of the canvases were great. They were ready for pickup on time. The staff member that assisted me at the photo counter was friendly and helpful.
