Spent fifteen minutes in line just to have a cash door changed out in front of me , causing another two minutes delay. Just to fill 2 prescriptions. Also was told that they couldn't fill my prescription. Because it would be insurance fraud for adding next from a hundred milligrams to the prescription.

Refused to accept GoodRx for a discounted prescription even though they are listed as a participating Pharmacy. Was told the manager said not to accept GoodRx so I'll go down the road as Wal-Mart accepts GoodRx.

We made an appointment to receive our flu shot. We received our confirmation code that had a link to pre register which didn't work. We went to the website and filled out the form. We arrived a little early per their guidance. Then we waited and waited before we were approached to start the process. We'll it turns out pre filling out the form was a waste of time as it had to be put in manually. We're not done yet. The system was glitchy which made that task difficult and took an extended amount of time. Almost 40 minutes later no shot. The wife who is more patient than me stuck around and finally received her shot about 50 minutes after arriving. Best of luck to the next customer.

Merry Christmas Eve! I called in a prescription 3 days ago to make sure I could get it filled. This is a common, but necessary prescription for my son's ADHD. Get message that it is ready. Go to pharmacy. I'm told it is out of stock and won't be in until Monday or Tuesday given the holiday. I explain that my son is out of his prescription and ask if they can provide a couple day of interim medicine at a lower dose to fill the gap or transfer it to another Walgreens for a one-time fill. They say no! Cannot and will not. Only option they provide is to get the doctor on Christmas Eve to write a new RX. Of course they are closed and won't. I'm done with these people. Third time they don't keep or have stuff in stock.

I made an appointment for my Covid 19 booster shot. Showed up 15 minutes early and they turned me away, said they called everyone. I never got a call!!!! Walmart was able to give me the shot. They were very rude and I will never shop there!!!

Nice place . They could use more help in the pharmacy but otherwise I liked the staff. They always seem to be short handed

We love the people who work at Walgreens in Lake Wylie. My 53 year old sister has special needs and developmental delays and we take her to this store every Sunday. They all happily greet her by name, talk to her, get her a chair to sit in if she gets tired, and makes her feel like a rock star. We live this store and its wonderful staff!

Very disappointed in the service. I have had issues for months with refills. I have to have someone pick up prescriptions for me because I am unable to drive, but every month the order is messed up. It's extremely frustrating because I have to depend on someone else to get them. I am going to find another pharmacy, and I suggest that others do the same.

If I could give this 0 stars I would . I just sat for 15 minutes at the drive-through window while the person working there had his back to the window and stared at a computer screen. a customer waited with a Box of candy inside and I rang the bell . he did not even look over his shoulder. there was a line of 4 cars behind me, each one leaving... I gave it one, last try and all I wanted to do was drop a prescription off. I left and laid on my horn and that was the last time I will ever use that drugstore. I drove up to CVS. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I don't think I waited even 5 minutes to drop my prescription off

I have always been a fan of Walgreens but you have officially lost me as a customer after I get this latest prescription straight. The last few months, prescriptions are taking 1-2 hours to fill, the wait time at the window has been 20-25 minutes, and the staff has been very rude. Today took the cake though. I submitted my prescription for refill online on Friday. It said it was accepted and would be ready by 11am. I go today (Monday) to pick it up on the way to my doctors ap

Terribly disappointed in this pharmacy. My wife and I switched to them because they are the closest pharmacy to our home. Big mistake! We have been four times and every trip has been a long wait and terrible experience. Multiple times they failed to properly run our insurance causing long waits in the drive thru and being asked to pull around and get back in a long line again because they couldn't get insurance right that they had on file! Don't have basic supplies like a syr

I worked retail pharmacy for years. There is no reason anyone should ever have to wait 30 minutes on the phone to get in touch with someone in the pharmacy. Not the pharmacist, mind you, ANYONE! Currently waiting in the drive through...at minute 21. I don't even know if my Rx is ready, I just wanted to check. NEVER AGAIN. I am done with this place. It's terrible. I don't know why I ever came to a chain store in the first place. I should have know better after working in independent pharmacies.

The pharmacy is horrible. Took 14 days for them to get my script correct. They don't answer the phone, they don't return voice mail messages, they just make excuse after excuse and blame the dr. or ins. companies. When, in fact, the pharmacy was running it wrong. No apologies either. Never using that pharmacy again.
