Publix is expensive for no real reason. We have starting shopping at WalMart, ALDIs, and ordering from Costco. We completely cut out Publix and maintained the same quality of regular organic fruit, veggies, milk, and eggs. We saved $200 the first month!

Two of the managers (one looked like a store manager) are incredibly rude. I was shopping and they came up and ask if I needed anything. I said nah I'm ok. They took maybe 2 steps away. Then one whispered to the other, they look at me, they laughed and I heard one say "good one" . They didn't ask anyone else if they needed help and I was the only one wearing a mask (my wife has no immune system) . Clearly it was a joke on me... I shop here ever single week.. well I did before this. I'm sending this issue to corporate as well. I shouldn't have to shop with harassment from management.

Been going here for years. Their new tech is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. She couldn’t find my script and just blew me off like it was all my fault. Shame to see such a good store go downhill so quickly.

The customer service is terrible at the location. When they first opened here it was great. I believe it all comes down to a management problem. They just don't seem to care anymore.

pricey, hate the seafood smell and it is chaotic inside. for the people that shop there it is almost a game to touch as many people as you can, space people you deserve any airborne illness if you are going to be that stupid. literally someone is right on top of you the entire time even when you are tying to avoid people. they come at you, odd.

HUGE thank you to Deb in catering for taking the time to meet with me to plan a customer appreciation event. She was able to assist me with creating charcuterie boards, order fruit and veggie trays, and dessert platters. Dawn in deli slice my cheeses and meats which was a huge help! Thanks again for great service!

Terrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes to have a sub sandwich made while employees are talking to each other and no o e is working. Will not be back

Great super market!! The produce always fresh and reasonable price. The staff are all very friendly and so helpful. My favorite grocery store in Lake Wylie.

Poor customer service every single time. But today I walked in and they had all their Spanish beer warm, Dox Equis, Corona, Modelo, Pacifico, they had them on the shelves warm. They even had alcohol-free beer in the cooler, but 0 Spanish brands cold. They need to hire more minorities in their management.

I love the ladies that work here. Even if a prescription cost a few dollars more I will choose them over every other pharmacy locally… And here’s why: They will call me to assist or let me know about any coverage/price/availability issues and always follow-up with the provider or myself. They remember me and my children every time I am in person or via phone and are genuinely friendly.There was even an instance where a local Urgent Care sent my URGENT prescriptions to CVS who took the prescriptions three minutes to closing and then shut down for the night!! Not even a courtesy phone call to the urgent care facility or myself to say I would not be getting my prescriptions that evening.I went to Publix to see if there was any way they could help me, and they were able to fill all the prescriptions pronto, and then the following morning request a reversal and refund from CVS through insurance.Lake Wylie Publix pharmacy has your back and treats you like a person, not a co-pay.
